论政府危机公关中的对抗式解读

【摘要】:处于急剧转型和“风险社会”的中国,危机事件日增,在新传播环境下更面临严峻挑战。令人担忧的是,几乎在所有危机公关中都不同程度地遭遇到公众的“对抗式解读”,这一现象在我国政府危机公关中尤为突出。针对此一现象,本文采用案例研究法,以对大量案例的分析为基础,并援引传播学的经典理论,对此现象作一初步研究。本文首先从内容和形式两个方面分析了政府危机公关中对抗式解读的外在特征,接着从编码者、解码者、文本、信息管道等四个维度阐述了我国政府危机公关中对抗式解读产生的原因,并尝试着提出消解对抗式解读的策略和办法。研究发现,危机公关主体“失语”、文本“失真”、信息管道不畅、解码者迷失是造成我国危机公关中对抗式解读的主要原因。对此,本文提出从自身出发减少对抗源,高效利用媒介消除“噪声”,并适当适时引入“第三方力量”等对策和建议。
[Abstract]:In the rapid transformation and "risk society" of China, the crisis events are increasing day by day, and are facing severe challenges in the new communication environment. Worryingly, almost all crisis public relations have been exposed to the "adversarial interpretation" of the public to varying degrees, which is particularly prominent in the government crisis public relations of our country. In view of this phenomenon, this paper uses the case study method, based on the analysis of a large number of cases, and cites the classical theory of communication to make a preliminary study of this phenomenon. This paper first analyzes the external characteristics of antagonistic interpretation in government crisis public relations from two aspects of content and form, and then expounds the causes of adversarial interpretation in Chinese government crisis public relations from four dimensions: coder, decoder, text and information pipeline, and tries to put forward some strategies and methods to eliminate the adversarial interpretation. It is found that the main cause of adversarial interpretation in crisis public relations in China is the "aphasia" of the subject of crisis public relations, the "distortion" of the text, the poor information pipeline and the loss of the decoder. In view of this, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as reducing the resistance to the source, efficiently using the media to eliminate the "noise", and introducing the "third party force" in due course.
