归国还是永居？在澳中国研究生的移民倾向和因素分析

澳大利亚作为一个多元文化的国家,吸引了世界各国的人来此定居,其中中国移民占比逐年增加,发挥着越来越重要的作用,现在中国己成为澳大利亚第二大移民来源国。而在中国移民中,学生群体的主力作用日益明显。自20世纪90年代起,澳大利亚技术移民政策向国际学生倾斜,允许学生毕业六个月后申请永久居留权。20年来移民政策不断变化,移民分数也在逐年提高,近年来对留学生的移民政策呈收紧趋势。除了移民政策之外,个人因素和宏观环境因素等相互作用,都在影响着中国留学生的移民倾向。在这种情况下,在澳中国留学生的移民倾向是如何受到影响的是一个亟需探讨的问题。本研究借鉴以往的移民因素理论和研究成果,采用了问卷和访谈的方式,对149名在澳大利亚留学的中国大陆研究生进行了相关调查,了解他们的移民倾向,分析相关影响因素,并探究移民政策在其中的作用和影响。笔者通过对问卷结果的分析,发现影响学生移民倾向的个人微观因素有学校所在城市、所学专业是否在移民列表中、在澳亲戚数量、雅思成绩、伴侣所在地以及父母对学生移民的态度。另外宏观环境也对移民倾向产生影响,澳大利亚社会环境是吸引学生移民的重要因素,而中国的自然环境和澳大利亚的移民政策,...
