鲁迅与“西崽”:半殖民文化的焦虑与民族主义的批判

【摘要】："西崽"是中西文化并置、混杂的结果,是半殖民中国主奴社会结构孕育出的一类人物形象,具有二重人格,既自大又自卑,既媚外又惧外,既洋派又守旧。鲁迅信奉中西文化的优劣差序,厌恶"染缸式"的混合,故对社会身份、文化心态处于华洋、主奴之间的"西崽"极为不满。鲁迅对中外冲突的解读,把殖民暴力事件转化为"文明"问题,而在与林语堂的论争中却把民族主义作为武器加以运用,借用超强的民族政治话语构设出林语堂"为王前驱"的"西崽相"。对"西崽"的批判,释放的是知识分子的殖民性焦虑。讨论"西崽"问题时,尤其涉及到民族主义超强话语的使用时,只有回到现代中国的半殖民文化语境,才能做出理性的解读。
[Abstract]:"Xicun" is the result of the juxtaposition of Chinese and Western cultures, and it is the result of the social structure of semi-colonial Chinese masters and slaves. It has a dual personality, both arrogant and inferiority, obsequious to the outside and afraid of the outside, as well as foreign school and old-fashioned.Lu Xun believes in the superiority and inferiority of Chinese and Western cultures and hates the mixing of "dyed vats", so he is very dissatisfied with the social identity and cultural mentality in the West, and the "West cubs" between the masters and slaves.Lu Xun's interpretation of Chinese and foreign conflicts turned colonial violence into a "civilized" issue, while nationalism was used as a weapon in the controversy with Lin Yutang.Using the strong national political discourse, Lin Yutang's "Xicun phase" was set up.The criticism of the West cub releases the colonial anxiety of the intellectuals.When discussing the issue of "Xicun", especially when it comes to the use of ultra-strong nationalist discourse, only when we return to the semi-colonial cultural context of modern China, can we make a rational interpretation.
