沈从文小说的时间叙事特征

【摘要】：沈从文湘西独特生活经历和都市生命体验形成其复杂的时间意识,进而影响其小说时间叙事。在沈从文的小说表现中,时间总是以一种模糊的大致感受存在,沈从文更喜欢用日常生活时间、春夏秋冬四季轮转铺陈叙事,用端午、中秋、过年等农历民俗节日标记时间。这种时间的不确定性凸显出个体生命时间与永恒轮回时间之间的矛盾,以个体生命时间与循环常态命运时间的困境、生与死时间的反讽、过去与现在时间的对照等结构表现在其小说叙事中。沈从文小说的时间叙事具有跳跃性、情境化、象征化的艺术特征,沈从文不动声色地描绘湘西自然淳朴的生活图景、都市压抑虚无的精神体验,弱化情节冲突,在看似自然缓慢的叙事背后,隐藏的是人性生存的原始性扩张与发展的渺小性自为。在时间神话的架构下,在神性时间与现实之间的对比中,过去被赋予“乐园”的象征意蕴,现在和未来被赋予“失乐园”的象征意蕴。
[Abstract]:Shen Congwen Xiangxi unique life experience and urban life experience form its complex time consciousness, and then affect its novel time narration. In the expression of Shen Congwen's novels, time always exists with a vague feeling. Shen Congwen prefers to use daily life time, spring, summer, autumn, winter and four seasons rotation narration, with Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Chinese New year and other lunar folklore festivals mark time. The uncertainty of this kind of time highlights the contradiction between individual life time and eternal reincarnation time, with the dilemma of individual life time and cycle normal destiny time, the irony of life and death time. The comparison of past and present time is reflected in his novel narration. The time narration of Shen Congwen's novels has the artistic characteristics of jumping, situating and symbolizing, Shen Congwen portrays the natural and simple life picture of Xiangxi quietly, the city suppresses the nihilistic spiritual experience, and weakens the plot conflict. Behind the seemingly natural and slow narration, the original expansion of human existence and the insignificance of development are hidden. Under the framework of time myth, in the contrast between divine time and reality, the past was endowed with the symbolic meaning of "paradise", and the present and the future were endowed with the symbolic meaning of "paradise lost".
