【摘要】："泛娱乐"是当下我国新经济的重要组成部分,泛娱乐生态体系的构建是基于多元文化娱乐业态的互联与融合。具有"互联网+"特质的网络文学是泛娱乐生态体系的核心,其版权运营历经了以榕树下、盛大文学、阅文集团为代表的三个阶段,在泛娱乐背景下,面临侵权盗版的多样性和复杂性、无序的版权授权以及资本对版权的盲目囤积、版权运营层次不齐等问题。
[Abstract]:Pan-entertainment is an important part of China's new economy. The construction of pan-entertainment ecosystem is based on the interconnection and integration of multicultural entertainment. Internet literature is the core of pan-entertainment ecosystem. Its copyright operation has gone through three stages, represented by banyan tree, Shanda literature and China Literature Group, under the background of pan-entertainment. Faced with the diversity and complexity of copyright infringement, the disordered copyright authorization, the blind accumulation of capital to copyright and the uneven level of copyright operation, etc.
