【摘要】：建筑工程施工质量的好坏,关系着人民生活的安全和社会的安定,所以在实施过程中要严把质量关,而质量管理是决定施工质量的关键因素,做好工程质量管理是保证施工质量的前提。介绍了某酒店智能化项目管理过程中的一些质量管理问题。在本文中,在项目质量管理中应用了全过程的全面质量管理理论,通过准备阶段的控制,解决管理中存在的问题,完成后的过程控制和质量控制,采用因素分析方法,分析影响工程质量的因素主要包括:人员、材料、施工方法和环境。运用PDCA循环法逐个分析、解决质量因素。项目的质量管理过程中,建立科学有效的组织;实现物料的高效管理,提高材料的利用率;改进施工方法,提高对环境的优化建设的工作效率。最后,该项目符合合同规定的要求,实现了项目价值增值的目标。对酒店智能项目质量管理的研究可以为今后类似项目的管理提供指导和借鉴。
[Abstract]:The quality of construction works is related to the safety of people's life and the stability of society. Therefore, quality management is the key factor to determine the quality of construction. This paper introduces some quality management problems in the process of intelligent project management of a hotel. In this paper, the theory of total quality management is applied in the whole process of project quality management. Through the control of the preparation stage, the problems existing in the management, the process control and the quality control after completion are solved, and the factors influencing the engineering quality are analyzed by the method of factor analysis, including: personnel, materials, materials, etc. Construction method and environment. Use PDCA cycle method one by one to solve quality factors. In the process of project quality management, establish scientific and effective organization, realize efficient material management, improve material utilization rate, improve construction method, Improve the working efficiency of environmental optimization construction. Finally, the project meets the requirements of the contract, The research on hotel intelligent project quality management can provide guidance and reference for the management of similar projects in the future.
