暴雨内涝灾害模拟研究

【摘要】:城市暴雨内涝灾害的频发,已经给城市居民生命、财产安全等造成了严重威胁。对城市暴雨内涝灾害危险性模拟,可为城市暴雨内涝灾害危险性预报预警提供依据。以长春市南关区为研究区,以城市暴雨内涝灾害为研究对象,从多情景视角出发,提出了城市暴雨内涝灾害危险性多情景模拟框架,并以一、二维非恒定流为控制方程,以不规则网格为骨架综合构建了城市暴雨内涝灾害危险性数值模拟模型,实现研究区暴雨内涝灾害危险性多情景模拟。研究结果可为城市内涝应急管理部门在内涝灾害预报预警上提供参考依据。
[Abstract]:The frequent occurrence of urban rainstorm and waterlogging has caused serious threat to the life and property safety of urban residents. The simulation of urban rainstorm and waterlogging hazard can provide basis for urban rainstorm and waterlogging hazard prediction and early warning. Taking the Nanguan district of Changchun as the research area and taking the urban rainstorm and waterlogging disaster as the research object, this paper puts forward a multi-scenario simulation framework of urban rainstorm waterlogging hazard from the view of multi-scenario, and takes one and two dimensional unsteady flow as the governing equation. A numerical simulation model of urban rainstorm waterlogging hazard is built based on irregular meshes. The multi-scenario simulation of urban rainstorm waterlogging hazard is realized in the study area. The results can be used as a reference for urban waterlogging emergency management departments in the prediction and early warning of waterlogging disasters.
