天津五大道地区建筑使用现状调查——以重庆道为中心

【摘要】：天津五大道地区是近代以来天津重要的居住街区,历经百年沧桑,其住宅使用形式发生了巨大变化。本调查以五大道的一条街道——重庆道两侧建筑使用形式为调查对象,准确展现其具体使用情况。在众多的使用形式中,以多户伙住、商业、政府办公为主。多户伙住使用形式占总体建筑使用形式一半以上,建筑破坏程度最大,但修缮程度远远不够。商业、政府办公使用形式占30%以上,其建筑修复、保护程度好,但也有和整体街区氛围不协调现象。这些老建筑的保护利用,需要更多的资金投入,更合理的保护方式,以及更合乎街区文化特点的商业开发。
[Abstract]:The Fifth Avenue area of Tianjin is an important residential district in Tianjin since modern times. After a hundred years of vicissitudes, its residential use has changed greatly. This investigation takes the use form of buildings on both sides of Chongqing Road, a street of five main roads, as the object of investigation, and accurately shows its concrete usage. In a large number of forms of use, to a number of households, businesses, government offices. More than half of the total building use form is occupied by multi-family occupants, the degree of building damage is the greatest, but the degree of repair is far from enough. Commercial, government office use form accounts for more than 30%, its building repair, the protection degree is good, but also has with the overall street atmosphere incongruous phenomenon. The conservation and utilization of these old buildings require more capital investment, more reasonable protection methods, and more commercial development in line with the cultural characteristics of the block.
