英格兰城乡空间划分体系演进及其借鉴意义

【摘要】：新时期城乡空间的融合度逐步加强,城乡之间的界限逐步模糊,英国政府和学者认为以社会经济特征为基础的城乡空间划分方法已不适合英国城乡发展的需要,同时伴随着空间技术和人口普查精细化的快速发展,英国政府于2004年发布了新的《城乡空间划分体系》,采用人口稀疏度和聚落形态等准则。本文深入阐述英国城乡空间划分体系演变脉络,分析城乡空间划分体系的现实价值并进一步审视英国城乡空间划分体系的特征趋势,研究发现英国城乡空间划分体系具有尺度类型多样化、划分单元网络化、划分方法精细化、定期动态更新和基础数据公开化五大趋势特征,英国城乡划分的先进经验对我国城乡空间划分和界定具有较好的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In the new era, the integration of urban and rural space is gradually strengthened, and the boundaries between urban and rural areas are gradually blurred. The British government and scholars believe that the method of urban-rural spatial division based on social and economic characteristics is not suitable for the needs of the development of urban and rural areas in Britain. At the same time, with the rapid development of space technology and population census, the British government issued a new system of urban and rural spatial division in 2004, adopting the criteria of population sparsity and settlement pattern. This paper expounds the evolution of the urban-rural spatial division system in Britain, analyzes the practical value of the urban-rural spatial division system, and further examines the characteristic trend of the urban-rural spatial division system in Britain. It is found that the system of urban and rural spatial division in Britain has five trend characteristics, such as the diversification of scale types, the networking of division units, the refinement of division methods, the regular dynamic updating and the openness of basic data. The advanced experience in the division of urban and rural areas in Britain has a good reference significance for the division and definition of urban and rural space in China.
