基于长细比变化的BFRP加固钢筋混凝土圆柱承载力研究
[Abstract]:Basalt fiber reinforced composite (BFRP) has been recognized as a new type of high performance green environmental protection composite due to its high strength, good ductility, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, easy construction and low price. It has been highly concerned by civil engineering and widely used in concrete structure strengthening. Many scholars at home and abroad have focused on the study of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with BFRP, but less on the stability of reinforced concrete columns with different aspect ratio of BFRP. Therefore, it is of great significance to analyze the influence of the aspect of aspect ratio on the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete columns strengthened by BFRP under axial compression, and to study the stability of the columns. In this paper, the finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze the reinforced concrete columns strengthened by BFRP. The model is composed of a reinforced concrete column with a diameter of 150mm and a aspect ratio (L / D) of 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 / 11, respectively. Then, the BFRP cloth of 0 layer, 1 layer, 2 layer, 3 layer, 4 layer and 5 layer are respectively pasted to the cylinder with the same slenderness ratio, and the paste mode is full package paste. In this paper, the influence of BFRP without reinforcement and reinforcement on the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete columns is analyzed when the aspect ratio is the same, and the influence of different aspect ratios on the stability bearing capacity of columns is also analyzed. The simulation results show that the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with wrapped BFRP sheets have been significantly improved, thus achieving the effect of structural strengthening. The bearing capacity of reinforced concrete columns with the same aspect ratio increases with the increase of the number of strengthened layers, but the increase range increases first and then decreases with the increase of the number of strengthened layers. In addition, with the increasing of aspect ratio, the increasing amplitude decreases gradually. Under the same aspect ratio (L / D), the coefficient of stability of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with BFRP sheets is smaller than that of columns without reinforcement. According to the simulation data, the relationship curve between the stability coefficient and the aspect ratio of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with BFRP sheets is obtained. On this basis, the calculation formula of its stable bearing capacity is obtained, which provides certain theoretical basis for strengthening practical engineering.
