【摘要】：全面研究了螺旋箍筋在国内外研究现状及部分成果,从环境、体制及思维方面分析了其内在和外部原因,为新形势下如何推进螺旋箍筋的研究及应用提出一些建议。
[Abstract]:This paper studies the present situation and some achievements of spiral stirrups at home and abroad, analyzes its internal and external reasons from environment, system and thinking, and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the research and application of spiral stirrups in the new situation.
