闽南小型钢结构建筑建构研究

【摘要】：钢材是金属材料的代表,也是基本的建筑材料之一。钢结构则是当今发达国家最基本的建造形式,它的突破性进展始于20世纪60年代。近50年来,以钢材、玻璃等建材作为原材料用现代建造技术和施工工艺搭建而成的钢结构建筑已然改变了城市的面貌。使用轻质高强、可持续发展的钢结构已成为现代建筑创作的潮流。目前,国内外对钢结构建筑的研究均已十分成熟,但当钢结构建筑创作开展到国内各个地区时,却常常出现了设计疏漏、构造缺陷、技艺不成熟等问题。因此,本文将深入调研闽南地区已建成的小型钢结构建筑,从建构的角度出发,总结并归纳出一套相应的设计策略。首先,本文从闽南小型钢结构建筑常见的构造问题入手,以防腐构造、防水构造、隔热构造和保温构造为重点,以解决实际问题为最终目的进行阐述,梳理出一套与闽南地区相适应的构造做法。紧接着,本文对闽南小型钢结构建筑的连接方式进行分类,将其分为钢-钢连接、钢-玻璃连接、钢-木连接、钢-混凝土连接,并逐一进行分析。最后,本文对闽南小型钢结构建筑的形态表达进行归纳,探讨出呼应闽南地域文化的形态设计手法,同时阐明真实建构的含义并总结全文。本文是针对闽南小型钢结构建筑建构做法的应用型研究,实践性较强。笔者在深入研究、解决钢建构问题的同时也充当了推广小型钢结构建筑的使者。笔者呼吁闽南地区的建筑师和民众加强对小型钢结构建筑的认知和应用,逐渐完善其建构做法,使闽南小型钢结构建筑发展地更快更好。
[Abstract]:Steel is the representative of metal materials, but also one of the basic building materials. Steel structure is the most basic construction form in developed countries. Its breakthrough development began in 1960's. In the last 50 years, the steel structure, which is made of steel, glass and other building materials, has changed the appearance of the city. The use of light, high-strength and sustainable steel structures has become the trend of modern architectural creation. At present, the research on steel structure architecture has been very mature at home and abroad, but when the steel structure architecture creation is carried out to all parts of the country, there are often some problems such as design omissions, structural defects, immature techniques and so on. Therefore, this paper will deeply investigate the small steel structure buildings that have been built in the south of Fujian, sum up and sum up a set of corresponding design strategies from the point of view of construction. First of all, this paper starts with the common structural problems of Minnan small steel structure building, focusing on anticorrosion structure, waterproof structure, heat insulation structure and thermal insulation structure, with the ultimate purpose of solving practical problems as the final purpose. Combing out a set of structural practices suitable for the south of Fujian. Then, this paper classifies the connection mode of Minnan small steel structure, and divides it into steel-steel connection, steel-glass connection, steel-wood connection, steel-concrete connection, and analyzes them one by one. Finally, this paper sums up the form expression of Minnan small steel structure architecture, probes into the form design method of echoing the Minnan regional culture, and clarifies the meaning of the real construction and summarizes the full text. This paper is a practical study on the construction of small steel structures in South Fujian. While solving the steel construction problem, the author also acts as the messenger to popularize the small steel structure building. The author appeals to the architects and people in the south of Fujian to strengthen the cognition and application of the small steel structure building, and gradually improve its construction practice, so that the small steel structure building in the south of Fujian can develop faster and better.
