负载下外包钢筋混凝土加固轴压钢柱力学性能研究

【摘要】:近年来,钢结构发展较为迅速,为人们生活带来方便,但众多的钢结构事故也带来了惨重的代价,这些事故中钢构件受损导致建筑物破坏的比例较大,因此对钢构件进行加固十分必要。本文主要对负载下外包钢筋混凝土加固轴压钢柱进行力学性能研究。在外包钢筋混凝土加固钢柱的研究的基础上,对负载下加固钢柱进行研究,并对加固后轴压钢柱在季冻区的力学性能提出分析,为钢结构加固规范的完善提供参考。本文主要研究内容为:(1)对7根负载下外包钢筋混凝土加固钢柱进行轴压试验研究,分析不同混凝土强度、初始负载值、配箍率等参数,对负载下外包钢筋混凝土加固钢柱的极限承载力、应力应变曲线、延性等的影响;建立负载下加固钢柱的轴压承载力计算公式,并将试验值与规范值及理论计算结果进行对比分析。(2)应用ABAQUS有限元软件分别对试验各个加固柱进行模拟,对比试验和模拟得到的极限承载力、承载力—轴向位移曲线图,深入探讨不同混凝土强度、初始负载值、配箍率等对负载加固钢柱的影响;对7根不同截面尺寸的负载下外包钢筋混凝土加固钢柱进行ABAQUS有限元模拟,截面长宽比为:1.0~1.6;将得到的极限承载力值与试验构件SRHC-2进行对比,去验证第二章的分析结论。(3)对20个混凝土试块分别进行0、50、100、150、200次冻融循环试验,分析冻融循环现象对混凝土强度、质量、面积的影响程度,计算新的材料强度、折减面积,并将冻融混凝土作为加固材料对负载下钢柱进行加固,得到新的承载力计算公式;举案例及应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对不同冻融循环下的4根在役加固钢柱进行分析,对比理论计算结果与模拟结果,用来验证对季冻区该类加固柱加固后的力学分析是合理的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of steel structures has brought convenience to people's lives, but many steel structural accidents have also brought heavy costs. In these accidents, the proportion of damage to buildings caused by the damage of steel members is relatively large. Therefore, it is necessary to reinforce steel members. In this paper, the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete (RC) reinforced steel columns strengthened under load are studied. Based on the study of reinforced concrete (RC) strengthened steel columns under load, the mechanical properties of reinforced steel columns under load in seasonal freezing zone are analyzed, which provides a reference for the perfection of steel structure strengthening codes. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the axial compression test of seven reinforced concrete reinforced steel columns under 7 loads is carried out, and the parameters such as different concrete strength, initial load value, stirrups ratio and so on are analyzed. The influence on the ultimate bearing capacity, stress-strain curve and ductility of reinforced concrete reinforced columns under load; The calculation formula of bearing capacity of reinforced steel columns under load is established, and the experimental value is compared with the standard value and the theoretical calculation results. (2) the ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate each strengthened column in the test, and the experimental results are compared with each other. The influence of different concrete strength, initial load value and stirrups ratio on the load-reinforced steel column is discussed by comparing the ultimate bearing capacity, bearing capacity-axial displacement curve obtained by experiment and simulation. The ABAQUS finite element simulation of seven reinforced concrete strengthened steel columns with different cross-section sizes is carried out. The ratio of length to width of the section is 1. 0. 6. 6; Comparing the ultimate bearing force with the test component SRHC-2, to verify the conclusion of the second chapter. (3) the freezing and thawing cycles of 20 concrete blocks are tested for 0,50100,150200 cycles respectively, and the effects of freezing and thawing cycle on the strength and quality of concrete are analyzed, and the effect of freezing and thawing cycle on the strength and quality of concrete is analyzed. The influence degree of area, the strength of new material and the reduction of area are calculated, and the frozen-thawed concrete is used as reinforcement material to reinforce the steel column under load, and a new formula for calculating the bearing capacity of steel column is obtained. In this paper, four steel columns strengthened in service under different freezing and thawing cycles are analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software. The results of theoretical calculation and simulation are compared to verify that the mechanical analysis of reinforced columns in seasonal freezing zone is reasonable.
