绿色建筑的设计特点及施工措施分析

【摘要】:时代变迁,社会经济飞速发展,随着技术的不断改进,建筑业迎来了一个新的发展阶段。研究表明,中国建筑能耗大约为全社会总能量消耗的百分之三十以上!中国当前能源短缺的难题亟待解决,可持续发展理念深入人心,基于这一背景,绿色建筑应运而生。绿色建筑是在传统建筑的基础上发展的一种新型建筑。绿色建筑即四节一环保(节能、节水、节地、节材及环境保护),与自然和谐共生的建筑。本文主要从国内外绿色建筑的研究现状出发,以安徽理工大学山南新校区深部煤矿采动响应与灾害防控重点实验室为例,从建筑选址、围护结构设计、自然通风、自然采光等方面来分析绿色建筑的设计特点。该项目合理运用了建筑围护结构节能技术、屋顶绿化技术、全热回收新风系统、透水地面优化设计技术、非传统水源利用技术以及节水灌溉技术等多种绿色建筑技术,实现了节约资源和保护环境的目的,为使用者提供舒适、健康和高效的使用空间。本项目采用多项先进的绿色、生态以及节能技术,在使项目自身与自然和谐共生的基础上,带来了巨大的社会效益,主要体现在以下几个方面:第一,屋顶绿化的多样性探索;第二,与城市现有环境完美融合(规划预设的地铁1号线站点位于项目东北侧);第三,遮阳体系与立面一体化设计;第四,可再生能源的利用与选择;第五,建筑外观与结构形式的完美结合。大力发展绿色建筑是一件功在当下而利于千秋的益事,本项目定位于绿色建筑二星级标准,其成功建设必定会引起普遍的宣传效应,使绿色建筑的推广起到积极的示范作用。因此,以此为例来研究绿色建筑的设计特点是非常具有代表性的。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of technology, the construction industry ushered in a new stage of development. Research shows that China's building energy consumption is about 30% of the total energy consumption of the whole society! The current problem of energy shortage in China needs to be solved, and the concept of sustainable development is deeply rooted in people's hearts. Based on this background, green building emerges as the times require. Green building is a new type of architecture developed on the basis of traditional architecture. Green buildings are four sections and one environmental protection (energy-saving, water-saving, land-saving, material-saving and environmental protection), and harmonious symbiosis with nature. Based on the current research situation of green buildings at home and abroad, this paper takes the key laboratory of mining response and disaster prevention and control for deep coal mines in Shannan new campus of Anhui university of science and technology as an example, from the point of view of building site selection, envelope structure design, natural ventilation, Natural lighting and other aspects to analyze the design characteristics of green buildings. In this project, many kinds of green building technologies, such as energy saving technology of building envelope structure, roof greening technology, fresh air system of total heat recovery, optimized design technology of permeable ground, non-traditional water source utilization technology and water saving irrigation technology, are used reasonably in the project. The purpose of saving resources and protecting the environment is realized, which provides users with comfortable, healthy and efficient space for use. This project uses a number of advanced green, ecological and energy-saving technologies, on the basis of harmonious symbiosis between the project itself and nature, has brought great social benefits, mainly reflected in the following aspects: first, the diversity of roof greening exploration; Second, perfect integration with the existing urban environment (planning preset subway line 1 station located in the northeast side of the project); third, sun shading system and facade integration design; fourth, the use and selection of renewable energy; Fifth, the perfect combination of architectural appearance and structural form. It is a good thing to develop green building vigorously at present. This project is located in the two-star standard of green building. The successful construction of green building will certainly cause general publicity effect and make the promotion of green building play a positive role in demonstration. Therefore, taking this as an example to study the design characteristics of green building is very representative.
