陕西省既有商场建筑节能改造技术群研究
[Abstract]:Building energy consumption has become a major energy consumption in our country with the increase of building total energy consumption, so building energy efficiency has attracted extensive attention in China. At present, the energy-saving transformation of existing buildings in China has been carried out one after another in various places, gradually showing the trend of scale, regionalization and classification, but most of them are concentrated on existing residential buildings. The research work on the establishment of the existing public building energy-saving retrofit technology group is less. Shaanxi Province straddles two major building climate regions, and the existing building energy-saving transformation has its particularity and complexity due to climate difference, economic development, policy support and so on. As the representative of the existing public buildings in different climatic areas of Shaanxi Province, shopping malls are large in volume and high in energy consumption. In order to promote the development of the existing buildings in Shaanxi Province, the existing shopping malls are selected to carry out the energy-saving transformation, and the classification of the existing public buildings in Shaanxi Province is studied. In this paper, the existing shopping malls in Yulin City in Cold A area, Xi'an City in Cold B area and Hanzhong City in Hot Summer and Cold Winter regions in Shaanxi Province are taken as the object of study. The existing shopping malls in these three typical climatic areas are investigated on the spot, tested and analyzed on the spot to better understand the energy consumption and indoor thermal comfort conditions of the existing shopping malls in Shaanxi Province, to find out the existing problems, and to draw up the renovation plan. According to the reform contents, the energy consumption situation of all regions is simulated with DeST software, and the energy consumption situation and transformation effect of the general model of three places are simulated and analyzed, and the technology group of energy-saving transformation of existing shopping malls in different building climate areas in Shaanxi Province is established. It mainly includes the transformation of thermal performance of exterior protection structure, energy saving technology of renewable energy, energy saving of heating and air conditioning equipment and energy saving technology of building environment control system. It provides a certain reference value for the existing public building energy-saving renovation work in Shaanxi Province.
