教育政策研究中的实地研究方法探析

【摘要】：实地研究主张进入事件现场,深入探究事件的事实性原貌。这有利于克服教育政策研究中偏重于宏观层面的规范性分析的不足,进而揭示教育政策事实。教育政策实地研究者需合理选择参与身份与途径,融入教育政策实践场景;研究过程中要恰当运用资料收集方式,确保资料真实性;具体成果凝炼时则要采取适当方法,超越经验材料,获取更大范围的整体性教育政策事实认识。另外,教育政策实地研究应摒弃纯粹利己的立场,确立关爱研究对象、胸怀社会责任的价值伦理。研究者头脑中的理论不是用来指导研究,而是作为提出假设的依据和待检验的对象。
[Abstract]:Field research advocates to enter the scene of events, deeply explore the fact of events, which is conducive to overcoming the lack of normative analysis in educational policy research, which focuses on the macro level. Then it reveals the facts of educational policy. Researchers in the field of educational policy should choose their participating identity and approach reasonably and integrate into the practical scene of educational policy. In order to ensure the authenticity of the data, the method of data collection should be used properly in the process of research. When concrete achievements are condensed, appropriate methods should be taken to transcend the empirical materials and obtain a wider understanding of the facts of the overall educational policy. In addition, the field research on educational policy should abandon the stand of pure self-interest. The theory in the mind of the researcher is not used to guide the research, but as the basis of the hypothesis and the object to be tested.
