我国大学生心理健康教育问题研究

【摘要】：心理健康是当今社会人才需求的基础,以培养高素质人才为首要任务的高校更要重视并切实做好大学生的心理健康教育工作。本文通过分析20世纪80年代、90年代和本世纪三个时期我国大学生心理健康问题以及高校对其进行教育的方法和手段,说明了对大学生心理健康教育的重要性。我国的大学生肩负着为社会主义现代化建设事业奋斗的历史使命,重视其心理健康教育、优化其心理素质是社会进步和时代发展的迫切要求,是全面提高大学生综合素质的重要内容。新时期高校大学生心理健康问题及其教育问题成为重要课题,我们要不断加强对问题的研究,保证大学生全面健康发展。
[Abstract]:Mental health is the basis of the demand for talents in today's society. Colleges and universities with high quality talents as their primary task should pay more attention to and do a good job in mental health education of college students. This paper analyzes the mental health of college students in China during the 1990s and 2000s in 1980s and this century. The problems and the ways and means for colleges and universities to educate them, This paper illustrates the importance of mental health education for college students. College students in our country shoulder the historical mission of striving for the cause of socialist modernization and attach importance to their mental health education. Optimizing their psychological quality is the urgent requirement of social progress and the development of the times, and it is an important content to improve the comprehensive quality of college students in an all-round way. We should constantly strengthen the study of the problem to ensure the overall and healthy development of college students.
