多元文化主义的公民观及其教育

【摘要】：在二战和移民浪潮的催化下,民族意识逐渐觉醒,少数民族及亚文化群体不堪压迫,对其生存和发展状况不断提出新的诉求。多元文化主义在时代的变迁中应运而生,作为缓和民族与国家矛盾的一种思潮,其试图培养具有解放精神、拥有政治平等、尊重文化差异、平衡国家认同与族群认同关系、极具包容心的开放的世界公民。为了培养该种公民,多元文化主义者在教育价值观、教育目标、教育内容、教育方法和教育实施等方面提出了自己的主张,旨在把学生培养成为能够尊重差异且善于处理民族或者文化间矛盾与冲突的合格公民。
[Abstract]:Under the catalysis of World War II and the wave of immigrants, the national consciousness gradually awakened, the ethnic minorities and sub-cultural groups were oppressed, and new demands for their survival and development were constantly put forward. Multiculturalism came into being in the changes of the times. As a trend of thought to ease the contradiction between the nation and the state, it tries to cultivate a spirit of liberation, political equality, respect for cultural differences, and a balance between national identity and ethnic identity. Open and all-inclusive citizens of the world. In order to cultivate this kind of citizens, multiculturalists have put forward their own ideas in terms of educational values, educational objectives, educational content, educational methods and educational implementation. The aim is to train students to be qualified citizens who can respect differences and be good at dealing with ethnic or cultural contradictions and conflicts.
