以职前培训促进教育技术学专业学生对口就业的策略探讨

【摘要】：教育技术学专业学生难以对口就业的原因包括:办学者关于对口就业的认识存在局限性,中小学校对本专业人员需求有限,企业适于应届生的职位不足,专业培养目标与毕业入职的初级岗位分离。在普通本科专业教育基础上开展职前培训是提高学生对口就业率的关键环节。职前培训课程模块设置要有利于学生的职业生涯发展和教育技术学专业的可持续发展。职前培训模块是专业方向课程的扩展和延伸,具有职业教育和培训的特点。
[Abstract]:The reasons why it is difficult for students majoring in education technology to obtain employment include: the limitation of scholars' understanding of corresponding employment, the limited demand of students in primary and middle schools, the shortage of suitable positions for graduates in enterprises, On the basis of general undergraduate education, it is the key link to improve the employment rate of students.
