对育人理念的再思考——基于西方现代激励理论的视角

【摘要】:育人理念是学校在长期发展中积累起来的教育价值观和方法论。从育人的主体角度出发,重新审视人的个体价值,把西方现代激励理论的基本理论和所倡导的价值原则综合运用到育人理念中,对实现育人目标有一定的借鉴意义。科学运用西方现代激励理论可以充分发挥教育的激励效应,较大地调动教育主体的积极性和创造性,增强育人的科学性和实效性。在育人实践中,应提升人的内在精神,重点关注人的精神超拔与灵魂升华;培育人的主体精神,促使人把外在文化内化为个人的全面素质;激励人的内在潜能,使人保持健康的精神状态并化为积极的行为;坚持人的全面发展,促使教育活动的本义得到回归和超越。
[Abstract]:The concept of educating people is the educational values and methodology accumulated by schools in their long-term development. The comprehensive application of the basic theory of western modern incentive theory and the value principle advocated in the concept of educating people has certain reference significance for the realization of the goal of educating people. The scientific application of western modern incentive theory can give full play to the incentive effect of education. In the practice of educating people, we should promote the inner spirit, pay more attention to the spiritual extrication and the sublimation of the soul, cultivate the subjective spirit of human. It urges people to internalize external culture as their overall quality, to encourage their inner potential, to maintain a healthy mental state and to turn them into positive behaviors, to insist on their all-round development, and to promote the return and transcendence of the original meaning of educational activities.
