德性论视角下的教育惩戒探究

【摘要】:教育惩戒是教育者在教育教学过程当中,采取恰当的惩戒方式,对学生进行内在品质的培养,进而间接的规范学生的外在行为表现。它是教育实践当中必不可少的存在,是维护教学秩序,实现育人目的的重要手段,它的合理存在性已经得到了社会各界的认同。但是随着社会经济的大力发展,工具价值被推上了很高的位置,教育惩戒也在实施的过程中面临许多问题,例如,教育惩戒方式的异化,这种异化的惩戒方式给学生带来的仅仅是身心的痛苦,而没有从德性的层面去进行惩戒教育。教育惩戒实施当中所存在的这些问题,都在一定程度上使得教育惩戒的目的由培养一个全面发展的人才向培养一个被各种规章制度规训的"产品"转变。这种转变忽视了人的主观能动性和人的内在品质发展的需要。因此,本文旨在德性论的视角下对教育惩戒的原则和方式进行探究,总结并修正教育惩戒当中所存在的各类问题。本论文在阅读相关文献的基础上,共分为了五大部分。第一部分是绪论,主要是对研究的背景、目的及意义、研究现状以及研究方法在阅读大量相关文献的基础上进行了总结,能够直观的对我国的教育惩戒有一个整体的认识。第二部分,主要是对德性论、体罚以及教育惩戒等相关概念进行了本质的分析,在概念理解准确的情况下,再进行接下来的相关分析。第三、四部分,主要是对教育惩戒作用发挥的现状以及在德性论视角下实施教育惩戒的必要性进行分析。最后一部分内容主要探究的是在德性论视角下实施教育惩戒的原则及德性建构。纵观整个文章的构思,笔者希望能够发挥教育惩戒真正的教育价值,使教育惩戒不仅是强硬的教育手段,更是柔软的,深入人心的人文关怀。
[Abstract]:In the process of education and teaching, education discipline is to take appropriate disciplinary methods to cultivate students' internal quality, and then indirectly regulate students' external behavior, which is an indispensable existence in educational practice. It is an important means to maintain teaching order and achieve the goal of educating people. Its reasonable existence has been recognized by all walks of life in society. But with the development of social economy, the value of tools has been pushed to a very high position. Educational discipline is also faced with many problems in the process of implementation, for example, the alienation of educational punishment, which brings only physical and mental pain to students. Instead of carrying out disciplinary education from the level of virtue, these problems exist in the implementation of educational discipline. To a certain extent, the purpose of educational discipline has changed from cultivating a person with all-round development to cultivating a "product" that is disciplined by various rules and regulations, which neglects the subjective initiative and the intrinsic quality of human beings. The need for qualitative development. The purpose of this paper is to explore the principles and methods of educational discipline from the perspective of virtue theory and to summarize and correct all kinds of problems existing in educational discipline. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the background, purpose and significance of the research, the current research situation and the research methods on the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature. Can intuitively have a whole understanding of our country's educational discipline. The second part is mainly about the essential analysis of the related concepts such as virtue theory, corporal punishment and educational discipline, etc., in the case of accurate understanding of the concept, The third and fourth parts, This paper mainly analyzes the present situation of educational discipline and the necessity of carrying out educational discipline from the perspective of virtue. The last part mainly explores the principles and morality of educational discipline from the perspective of virtue. Sexual construction. Throughout the whole article, The author hopes to give full play to the real educational value of educational discipline, so that educational discipline is not only a tough means of education, but also a soft, deeply popular humanistic concern.
