论教育的产业属性及特殊性

【摘要】：在社会主义市场经济体制下,教育与经济活动的关系日益紧密,教育作为一种产业的属性渐渐体现出来,这种产业的属性体现在:教育是服务性产业,教育是知识性产业,部分教育产业是可以推向市场的。但教育又是一种特殊产业,其特殊性体现在:教育的本质属性是培养人的活动;教育产业的投资主体是国家和政府;教育产业遵循的基本规律是教育规律而不是经济规律。同时发展教育产业应该注意一些问题。
[Abstract]:Under the socialist market economy system, the relationship between education and economic activities is getting closer and closer. The attribute of education as an industry is gradually reflected in: education is a service industry, education is a knowledge-based industry.Some education industries can be marketed.But education is a kind of special industry. Its particularity lies in: the essential attribute of education is the activity of cultivating people; the main body of investment in education industry is the state and government; the basic law of education industry is the law of education, not the law of economy.At the same time, the development of education industry should pay attention to some problems.
