“浑沌”力量及其教育可能——试论教育如何面对个体生长的复杂性

【摘要】:个体生长的复杂性源自人类"浑沌"的本能力量。"浑沌"力量是人性的本源力量,它具有深刻的两面性,因此教育者既需要呵护和发展"浑沌"力量以帮助个体克服自然困境,也需要通过自然后果教育的方式来引导这种力量,从而让个体学会遵循自然法则,理性地生长。在现实中,个体的理性并不会自然地生长出来,而是需要在教育者创造的希望、爱和节制的精神环境中被一点一滴地激发出来。因此,教育者应该用希望、爱和节制来帮助个体引导自身"浑沌"力量理性地生长,这是教育的基本要求。
[Abstract]:The complexity of individual growth stems from the instinctive forces of human chaos. "The power of chaos is the source of human nature, and it has profound dual character. Therefore, educators need to protect and develop the power of chaos in order to help individuals overcome the natural predicament, but also to guide this force through the education of natural consequences.So that individuals learn to follow the laws of nature, rational growth.In reality, individual reason does not grow naturally, but needs to be inspired bit by bit by the hope, love and temperance created by the educator.Therefore, educators should use hope, love and moderation to help individuals guide their "chaos" forces to grow rationally, which is the basic requirement of education.
