城乡信息鸿沟测度指标体系研究

【摘要】：解决城乡信息鸿沟问题,首先要对城乡信息鸿沟进行测度,掌握其分化程度,因此必须研究具有普适性的城乡信息鸿沟测度指标体系。本文梳理了国内外关于城乡信息鸿沟测度指标的研究成果,在此基础上,根据我国国情和城乡发展实际,将城乡信息鸿沟置于城乡差异性特征的背景之下,构建了由信息资源、信息基础设施、信息技术利用、信息行为、信息素养和信息环境六个维度共45项指标组成的城乡信息鸿沟测度指标体系,改变了以往由一般性信息鸿沟指标衍生的城乡信息鸿沟指标体系不注重城乡差异性的问题。
[Abstract]:To solve the problem of information gap between urban and rural areas, we must first measure the information gap between urban and rural areas and master the degree of its differentiation. Therefore, we must study the universal index system of measuring the information gap between urban and rural areas.This article combs the domestic and foreign research results about the urban and rural information gap measurement index, on this basis, according to our country's national conditions and the urban and rural development reality, puts the urban-rural information gap under the background of the urban-rural difference characteristic, constructs by the information resources,Information infrastructure, information technology utilization, information behavior, information literacy and information environment.It changes the problem that the urban and rural information gap index system derived from the general information gap index does not pay attention to the difference between urban and rural areas.
