【摘要】：国内外众多的研究证实,大学生的成人依恋及自我同一性对其亲密关系满意度有显著的影响。本研究探讨了大学生成人依恋、自我同一性及其亲密关系满意度这三者之间的关系,并根据关系研究的结果制定团体干预方法,探讨团体干预方法的有效性。本研究包括两个分研究：研究一：选取成熟量表对大学生的成人依恋、自我同一性及亲密关系满意度的基本状况进行调查,并考察三者之间的关系。研究二：根据研究一的结果,结合现有的,较为成熟的亲密关系理论制定团体干预方法。采取实验组与对照组的实验设计,采用前后测评估和质性评估的方式来考察团体干预的有效性。本研究的结论如下：一：大学生成人依恋与亲密关系满意度显著相关。其中依恋亲近可以正向预测亲密关系满意度；依恋焦虑可以负向预测亲密关系满意度。二：大学生自我同一性与亲密关系满意度显著相关。其中,同一性获得可正向预测亲密关系满意度；同一性扩散可负向预测亲密关系满意度。三：大学生成人依恋与自我同一性显著相关。其中,依恋亲近可正向预测同一性获得和延缓,负向预测同一性早闭和扩散；依恋焦虑可负向预测同一性获得,正向预测同一性早闭和扩散。四：大学生自我同一性部分中介成人依恋对亲密关系满意度的影响。五：以提升大学生成人依恋及自我同一性为取向的团体干预可有效提升大学生亲密关系满意度。以上结论验证了大学生自我同一性在成人依恋及亲密关系满意度间的部分中介作用,丰富相关领域的理论研究。同时也探索和验证了以改善大学生成人依恋及自我同一性为取向的团体辅导对提高其亲密关系满意度的效果,丰富了高校婚恋辅导的实践研究,为高校婚恋辅导提供一定的借鉴。
[Abstract]:A number of studies at home and abroad have confirmed that adult attachment and self identity of college students have a significant impact on their intimate relationship satisfaction. This study explores the relationship between the three students' adult attachment, self identity and their intimate relationship satisfaction, and formulating group intervention according to the results of the relationship research, and exploring group intervention. The effectiveness of the method. This study includes two studies: 1: select the maturity scale to investigate the basic status of adult attachment, self identity and intimate relationship satisfaction, and examine the relationship between the three. Study two: according to the results of the study one, the existing and more mature intimate relationship theory system is combined. The results of the experimental group and the control group were designed by the experimental group and the control group, and the effectiveness of the group intervention was examined by pre and post assessment and qualitative assessment. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1: the satisfaction of adult attachment and intimacy is significantly correlated. Love anxiety can negatively predict intimate relationship satisfaction. Two: College Students' self identity is significantly related to intimate relationship satisfaction. Among them, identity acquisition can positively predict intimate relationship satisfaction; identity diffusion can negatively predict intimate relationship satisfaction. Three: college student adult dependence and self identity are significantly related. Close attachment can positively predict identity acquisition and delay, negative prediction of identity early closure and diffusion; attachment anxiety can be negative predictor of identity, forward prediction of identity early closure and diffusion. Four: College Students' self identity partly mediates the influence of adult attachment on intimate relationship satisfaction. Five: to improve adult attachment and self-improvement of College Students My same sex oriented group intervention can effectively improve the degree of intimate relationship satisfaction of college students. The above conclusions verify the partial intermediary role of College Students' self identity in adult attachment and intimate relationship satisfaction, and enrich the theoretical research in the related fields. Meanwhile, it also explores and validates the improvement of adult attachment and self identity of college students. The effect of sex oriented group guidance on improving the satisfaction of their intimate relationships enriches the practice of marriage and love guidance in Colleges and universities, and provides some reference for the marriage and love guidance in Colleges and universities.
