论教育学的人格关怀

【摘要】:在"教育"的概念中,蕴含一种"培养人"或者"学以成人"的价值承诺,也包藏着一种"以人格影响人格"的价值逻辑。然而,在古代师道传统中,师生之间的"垂直权力关系"所蕴含的教育者的"免检人格",在近代以来师生之间所追求的"民主平等关系"转换中遭遇挑战:它在成为一些教师将其教育工作"去道德化"的"护身符"的同时,也导致了教育活动"以人格影响人格"价值逻辑的断裂。此外,在心理学的深刻影响下,教育学对人之"全面发展"的关注也逐渐窄化为集中关注人的"心智成长",从而造成人们对儿童"身体关怀"的缺失;在经济决定论的教育发展观的影响下,一些原本直接指向人格内在品质的"具身价值"("成己"向度的人格品质的好坏)也被人们有意无意化约为一系列"离身价值"("成物"向度的物质占有量的多寡),不仅使教育活动游离其"育人"价值目标并与经济活动混同一般,而且彻底消解了教育学的人格关怀。为重建教育学的人格关怀传统,重申教育活动在人的全面发展中的使命,当下教育工作者在关注儿童心智发展的同时,不仅应当在更多关注儿童身体和人格品质的同时,还要认真检讨和重塑那些在社会生活中被人们遗忘的诸多社会成员或法人的"免检人格",以及隐藏在大众娱乐媒体产品背后的"隐性人格"给儿童造成的不利影响,从而为"教育性人格"的保护、培养和发展提供良好的教育生态。
[Abstract]:In the concept of "education", it contains a kind of value commitment of "cultivating human beings" or "learning as adults" and a value logic of "influencing personality with personality". However, in the ancient teacher tradition, The "free personality" of educators contained in the "vertical power relationship" between teachers and students has encountered challenges in the transformation of "democratic and equal relations" pursued between teachers and students since modern times: it is becoming a few teachers to put their education work into practice. At the same time as the "amulet" of "going to moralization", It also leads to the breakage of the value logic of educational activity "influence personality by personality". In addition, under the profound influence of psychology, the attention of pedagogy to the "all-round development" of human beings is gradually narrowed down to focusing on the "mental growth" of human beings, resulting in the lack of "physical care" for children. Under the influence of the educational development view of economic determinism, Some of the "value of personal value" (the quality of personality quality in the direction of "adult"), which originally pointed directly to the intrinsic quality of personality, have also been consciously or unintentionally converted into a series of "values of value away from personal value" (the amount of material possession in the direction of "maturity"). Not only does it alienate educational activities from their value objectives of "educating people", but it is also confused with economic activities, And completely dispel the personality concern of pedagogy. In order to rebuild the tradition of personality care in pedagogy and to reaffirm the mission of educational activities in the overall development of human beings, educators should pay more attention to children's body and personality, while paying more attention to children's mental development. It is also necessary to seriously review and reshape the "no-inspection personality" of many members of society or legal persons who have been forgotten in social life, as well as the adverse effects on children of the "hidden personality" hidden behind mass entertainment media products, Thus provides a good educational ecology for the protection, cultivation and development of educational personality.
