思想政治教育内容合理性的研究

【摘要】：当代社会背景下,思想政治教育面临着诸多挑战:思想政治教育无用论、思想政治教育合法性与合理性的质疑、教育效果不明显、价值体系受到社会思潮冲击等等。思想政治教育要实现育人功能,就要证实自身的合理性,以合情合理合法的内容体系向教育对象昭示价值观念与行为规范。理清思想政治教育内容的合理性问题,有利于提高思想政治教育的说服力、吸引力与感染力,提高教育效果,实现教育目标。具备合理性的教育内容,才能实现教育个体的自由全面发展,才能促进社会的文明进步,才能引领社会思潮。合理的思想政治教育内容应是传统性与现代性、科学性与价值性、全面性与层次性、理论性和应用性的统一,应是合事理、合伦理、合情理、合法理的统一。教育内容适应全球化发展趋势、符合社会发展规律、遵循教育对象认知规律、符合思想政治教育过程规律,是合理性的科学前提;与社会主导道德相一致,关注社会现实生活,契合人们的道德诉求,满足个体发展需求与社会发展需要的统一,促进人际关系和谐是合理性的道德底蕴;重视教育对象的情感体验、关照教育对象的生活经验、充分发挥教育对象的主体性、引导受教育者的利益诉求、契合教育者工作者的价值取向是合理性的情感支撑;思想政治教育内容的语言表达明确具体、要素和谐统一、权利和义务相统一、责任和自由相统一、民主构建内容体系是合理性的法治化体现。实现思想政治教育内容的合理性,需要实事求是以求真;遵循伦理原则以达美;贯穿人文关怀以求善;借鉴法学理论以实现规范。
[Abstract]:Under the background of contemporary society, ideological and political education is faced with many challenges: the futility of ideological and political education, the questioning of the legitimacy and rationality of ideological and political education, the lack of obvious educational effect, the impact of social thoughts on the value system, and so on. In order to realize the function of educating people, ideological and political education should prove its own rationality, and show the values and norms of behavior to the educational object by the reasonable and legal content system. To clarify the rationality of ideological and political education is helpful to improve the persuasiveness, attraction and appeal of ideological and political education, improve the educational effect and realize the educational goal. Only with reasonable educational content can we realize the free and all-round development of individual education, promote the progress of civilization and lead the trend of social thought. The reasonable content of ideological and political education should be the unity of tradition and modernity, science and value, comprehensiveness and hierarchy, theory and application. It is the scientific premise of rationality that the educational contents adapt to the trend of globalization, conform to the law of social development, follow the law of cognition of educational object, accord with the law of ideological and political education process, be consistent with the leading morality of society, and pay close attention to the real life of society. To meet the moral demands of people, to meet the needs of individual development and social development, to promote the harmony of interpersonal relationship is the rational moral background, to attach importance to the emotional experience of the educational object, to care for the life experience of the educational object, Giving full play to the subjectivity of the educational object, guiding the interest demand of the educatee, fitting the value orientation of the educator is the emotional support of rationality, the language expression of the ideological and political education content is clear and concrete, the elements are harmonious and unified, The unity of rights and obligations, the unity of responsibility and freedom, the democratic construction of the content system is the rational embodiment of the rule of law. To realize the rationality of ideological and political education, it is necessary to seek truth from facts; to follow ethical principles to achieve beauty; to run through humanistic care to seek good; to learn from the theory of law in order to realize norms.
