【摘要】：教育观念是教师行为的先导。我国教育改革要卓有成效,就必然要求教师适应时代发展需要,清晰认识教育观念的内涵与谱系,准确把握教育观念对教育因子的影响,从而自觉促进自身教育观念的更新,并充分发挥其引领作用。
[Abstract]:Educational concept is the forerunner of teacher's behavior. In order to be effective in education reform in China, it is necessary for teachers to adapt themselves to the needs of the development of the times, to clearly understand the connotation and pedigree of educational concepts, to accurately grasp the influence of educational concepts on educational factors, and thus to consciously promote the renewal of their own educational concepts. And give full play to its leading role.
