【摘要】：普通中学高三学生的高考志愿选择,对于其进入大学后的学习生活、今后的就业乃至整个人生满意度都将产生很大影响。大量研究结果表明,大学生的职业价值观是在高中阶段长期慢慢形成的,高中阶段是人生观和价值观形成的关键时期,也是职业价值观形成的重要时期。本文旨在通过具体的数据分析,从实证角度研究普通中学高三学生高考志愿选择与其职业价值观的关系。关于普通中学高三学生的高考志愿选择,本文重点调查研究了其对自我的认识程度和相关招考信息的了解程度,并且从个人因素、家庭因素和高校因素三个方面,重点调查了学生对高考志愿填报所直接考虑因素的关注度。关于普通中学高三学生的职业价值观,本文采用了国内学者金盛华2005年修订的《职业价值观量表》,调查了苏州市301名普通中学高三学生的职业价值观,并从目的性价值观和手段性价值观两个维度进行细致的数据分析,得到了学生职业价值观的总体特点。本文尝试对普通中学高三学生高考志愿选择与职业价值观进行相关性分析,分别将目的性价值观和手段性价值观,与高考志愿选择过程中的自我认识、政策了解以及关注因素进行双变量分析,结果发现职业价值观与高考志愿选择具有显著的相关性。并且进一步对职业价值观与高考志愿直接关注因素进行回归分析,发现两者之间具有显著的线性关系。通过实证研究的分析,本文得到两点重要的启示:第一,普通中学高三学生对高考志愿填报的相关招考政策普遍不了解,所以高校应该加大招考政策的宣传力度,降低学生在高考志愿填报时的盲目性;第二,普通中学高三学生的职业价值观对高考志愿选择具有显著性的影响,所以普通中学应该重视开展职业价值观教育,促进学生形成科学的职业价值观,提高学生高考志愿填报的科学性和有效性。
[Abstract]:The college entrance examination voluntary choice of the senior middle school students will have a great impact on their study and life after entering the university, the future employment and even the whole life satisfaction. A large number of research results show that. The professional values of college students are slowly formed in the high school stage, the high school stage is the key period of the formation of outlook on life and values. It is also an important period for the formation of professional values. From an empirical point of view, this paper studies the relationship between the college entrance examination voluntary choice and the vocational values of the junior high school students. This paper focuses on its self-awareness and the degree of understanding of relevant recruitment information, and from the personal factors, family factors and college factors three aspects. Focus on the focus of students on the college entrance examination voluntary filling directly considered the factors concerned with the vocational values of senior high school students. This paper uses the Occupational values scale revised by Jin Shenghua in 2005 to investigate the vocational values of 301 senior middle school students in Suzhou. And carries on the detailed data analysis from the two dimensions of the value of purpose and the value of means. Get the general characteristics of students' vocational values. This paper tries to analyze the correlation between college entrance examination voluntary choice and vocational values of senior high school students. With the college entrance examination voluntary selection process of self-awareness, policy understanding and concern factors to carry out a bivariate analysis. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between vocational values and college entrance examination voluntary choice, and further regression analysis was carried out between vocational values and college entrance examination volunteers. Find that there is a significant linear relationship between the two. Through the analysis of empirical research, this paper gets two important revelations: first, the general senior middle school students generally do not know about the entrance examination voluntary application policy. Therefore, colleges and universities should increase the publicity of the entrance examination policy to reduce the blindness of students in the college entrance examination. Second, the vocational values of senior high school students have a significant impact on the college entrance examination voluntary choice, so ordinary middle schools should pay attention to the development of vocational values education, to promote the formation of scientific vocational values of students.
