【摘要】：教育的模式化和划一性,导致学生成为千人一面的"标准品",制约着创新人才培养和素质教育成效。破题之道在于承认和尊重学生个体的生命独特性,为生命独特性的实现创造条件。互联网时代的到来,既迫使教育必须走向个性化,也为教育个性化创造了条件。结合学生和社会发展需求,构建科学分级、丰富多元、立体互通的课程体系,以开放式的课程教育体系"为每个学生全面而个性化的发展奠基"。同时,还引入企业管理的"赋能"概念,尽可能给予学生自主权,促进个体的自激励和自发展。配合课程建设的推进,开展走班制、学部(院)制、导师制、学长制、学分制改革,真正把选择的权利还给学生,努力让每个学生都能得到最适合的教育和最个性的支持,找到属于自己的"跑道"。
