【摘要】:随着我国经济的快速发展和教育理念的不断更新,传统的班级授课制越来越不利于发挥每个学生学习的主动性,不利于教学效率的提高。《义务教育英语新课程标准》(2011版)解读中指出:义务教育阶段的英语教学应该面向全体学生。在教学目标的设定、教学内容的选择、教学过程的设计、教学评价和教学资源的利用与开发这些方面都该考虑到全体学生发展的需求。通过实施分层教学就能很好的解决这一问题。笔者在一个学期的教学实践中,应用分层教学的相关理论,充分研究与体会相关教学策略的运用,让全体学生都能得到不同程度的发展和提高。 本研究课题通过查阅国内外相关文献,综合国内外相关学者的研究成果,并对他们的成果进行综述,以此来分析分层教学理论对初中英语教学策略的影响。笔者从分层教学策略入手,立足于因材施教理论,布鲁姆的掌握学习理论,维果斯基的最近发展区和支架式教学理论,巴班斯基的教育教学最优化理论。利用文献分析、问卷调查和学生访谈法等研究方法,对分层教学理论对初中英语教学策略的影响进行了深入研究。笔者通过亲身实践教学,选取合适的教学案例进行分析,对得出的数据进行统计,总结了分层教学策略的实施效果,并对所进行的分层教学进行反思。 本研究共分为六部分。第一部分为绪论部分,简单介绍了问题提出及研究背景。国内外关于分层教学和教学策略的相关研究现状以及研究意义及研究思路。第二部分主要阐述了分层教学的涵义及其相关的理论基础,教学策略的相关概念界定以及现代信息技术环境下分层教学应用于初中英语教学的可行性分析。理论基础部分包括孔子的因材施教理论,布鲁姆的掌握学习理论,维果斯基的最近发展区和支架式教学理论,巴班斯基的教育教学最优化理论。在相关概念界定中提到了教学策略的含义,并详述了教学策略的几种类型。在可行性分析部分详细论述了现代信息技术环境下分层教学应用于初中英语教学的可行性。第三部分是分层教学对教学策略的影响性研究。这一部分是本论文的重点,包括三个方面的内容,一是初中英语教学策略的现状与不足,二是初中英语教学策略的影响因素,三是分层教学理论对初中英语教学策略的影响。第四部分是分层教学策略的设计及应用案例,首先介绍了初中英语分层教学策略设计,包括学生分层设计,学习目标分层设计,课堂教学分层设计和课外辅导分层设计。在案例部分,分别引用了一节听说课和一节阅读课的分层教学设计。第五部分是教学实验的调研与分析。包括前后调查与测试,并对前后的成绩进行了对比,以此来分析分层教学的效果。在该部分,详细运用各种数据图表来呈现。针对一个学期以来的教学和得出的结论,对分层教学策略进行效果分析,并对整个实施过程进行反思。第六部分是研究总结与展望。主要是对该研究进行总结,,找出自己的创新点和不足之处,同时对今后进行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy and constantly updating the concept of education, the traditional classroom teaching more and more is not conducive to the initiative of each student learning, improve the new English curriculum standard >. Compulsory education is not conducive to the efficiency of teaching (2011 Edition) pointed out: the interpretation of English Teaching in compulsory education should face all students in the setting of teaching goals, the choice of teaching content, design of teaching process, teaching evaluation and teaching resources development and utilization of these aspects of the consideration of all the needs of the development of students. Through the implementation of hierarchical teaching can solve this problem. The author in a semester of teaching practice, theory application the hierarchical teaching, fully study and experience of using relevant teaching strategies, so that all the students can get a different degree of development and improvement.
The research by reviewing the relevant literatures and related research results of scholars at home and abroad, and summarizes their results, in order to analyze the effect of stratified teaching in Junior English teaching strategies. The author from the stratified teaching strategies based on education theory, Bloom's learning theory, Vygotsky's theory recently the development zone and scaffolding teaching, the teaching optimization theory of Baban J Ki. By analysis of the literature research method, questionnaire and student interview, on the effect of stratified teaching in Junior English teaching strategies were studied. Through the author's personal practice teaching, select appropriate teaching case analysis, carries on the statistics to the data and summarizes the implementation effect of hierarchical teaching strategies, and reflect on the teaching of.
This study is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, introduces the research background and put forward the problems. The domestic and international relevant research on the teaching and teaching strategies and the research significance and research ideas. The second part mainly expounds the theoretical basis of stratified teaching meaning and related concepts, the definition of teaching strategies under the environment of modern information technology and the feasibility of application of stratified teaching in junior middle school English teaching analysis. The theoretical basis of Confucius's theory, Bloom's learning theory, Vygotsky's theory of zone of proximal development and scaffolding teaching, the teaching optimization theory Babanski. In the definition of related concepts mentioned in the meaning of teaching strategies, and details several types of teaching strategies. In the feasibility analysis part discusses the stratification under the environment of modern information technology education The feasibility of application in English Teaching in junior high school. The third part is the research on the influence on the teaching strategies of stratified teaching. This part is the focus of this paper, which includes three aspects, one is the current situation and deficiency of junior high school English teaching strategy, two is the influence factors of the junior high school English teaching strategy, three is the influence of hierarchical teaching the theory of junior high school English teaching strategies. The fourth part is the hierarchical teaching strategies design and application case, first introduces the layered design of junior middle school English teaching strategies, including student learning objectives and hierarchical design, hierarchical design, classroom teaching and tutoring hierarchical design hierarchical design. In the case, were cited and heard a lesson reading lesson of the teaching design. The fifth part is the investigation and analysis of the teaching experiment. In this part, with using various data and charts to show. For a semester of teaching and the conclusion, analysis the effect of stratified teaching strategies and reflection of the entire implementation process. The sixth part is the summary and Prospect of the research. The study is mainly to summarize, to find their own the innovation and the deficiency, at the same time in the future is prospected.
