【摘要】:家庭作为孩子接受教育的第一场所,学校可以看作是孩子继续完善教育的另一场所。孩子是家庭的希望,是国家的未来。无论是家庭还是从国家的角度都希望他们成才。孩子所接受的教育,既同家庭的幸福戚戚相关,也能成为影响国家强盛的重要因素。家庭教育与学校教育在教育孩子的整体过程中都体现了各自不可或缺的重要角色,但是这两种教育也都存在其功能的局限性。现代教育最理想状态就是能够做到家庭教育与学校教育相结合,从而使教育达到其效果的最大化。家校合作是使家庭教育和学校教育和谐发展的有效路径,因此加强家校合作,提高家校合作的有效性,对于提升教育的整体水平有着重要的意义。中学作为学生人生成长的转折阶段,他们的人生观与价值观将在此阶段逐步形成。所以本研究以初中阶段学校为研究对象,目的在于通过调查该阶段家校合作的开展现状,发现问题,寻找原因与解决的对策,以期能够提高家校合作整体的有效性,为教育问题的解决提供有价值的建议。研究者首先通过阅读大量的相关文献,梳理了国内外对于家校合作的涵义、家校合作的模式以及家校合作的问题与策略研究,依据系统-生态理论、责任分散理论、重叠领域理论为理论基础,结合拜城县初中阶段各学校的特点以及研究者自身的实际情况,主要采用了问卷调查法与个案研究法,以拜城县第二中学为个案研究对象进行了调查研究。研究内容主要分为三部分。研究者首先通过问卷调查法发放、回收、分析问卷,运用SPSS17.0数据分析系统对数据进行分析,根据调查问卷的数据分析结果并结合案例,从认知层面、行为层面、评价层面对拜城县第二中学家校合作的现状进行分析。根据对现状的调查结果分析,发现拜城县第二中学在家校合作活动开展过程中教师与家长在教育价值观上存在分歧、在教育职责划分上存在错位,同时在家校合作活动开展中存在合作频度较低、单向灌输严重、合作内容单一等问题。同时,根据存在的问题分析出产生问题的原因主要是新课改理念没有渗透到家长、家庭教育与学校教育分化、没有相应的政策制度与组织机制来保障与监督。研究者结合以上的原因分析并总结该校自身的特点与优势,提出将新课改理念渗透给家长、学校教育与家庭教育有机结合、建立相关政策法规与监督机制等解决的策略与可行性建议。本研究致力于提高拜城县初中阶段家校合作的有效性,以拜城县第二中学为案例,对照其成功的体现与缺失的方面,其他初中阶段学校在开展家校合作活动时可以作为参考与借鉴。
[Abstract]:As the first place for children to receive education, school can be seen as another place for children to continue to improve their education. Children are the hope of the family. It is the future of the country. Both the family and the state want them to become talented. The education received by the children is related to the happiness of the family. Family education and school education in the overall process of education of children reflect their respective indispensable important roles. But these two kinds of education also have their function limitation. The most ideal state of modern education is to be able to achieve the combination of family education and school education. Home and school cooperation is an effective way to make family education and school education develop harmoniously, so strengthen the cooperation between home and school, improve the effectiveness of cooperation between home and school. It is of great significance to improve the overall level of education. Middle school is the turning point of students' growth in life. Their outlook on life and values will gradually form at this stage. Therefore, this study takes the junior middle school as the research object, the purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of home-school cooperation in this stage and find out the problems. In order to improve the effectiveness of home-school cooperation and provide valuable advice for the solution of educational problems, researchers first read a large number of relevant literature. Combing the meaning of home-school cooperation at home and abroad, the model of home-school cooperation and the problems and strategies of home-school cooperation, based on system-ecological theory, responsibility dispersion theory, overlapping field theory as the theoretical basis. Combined with the characteristics of each school in the junior middle school of Baicheng County and the actual situation of the researchers, the questionnaire and case study method are mainly used. Taking the second middle school in Baicheng county as the case study, the research content is divided into three parts. Firstly, the researchers distribute, recycle and analyze the questionnaire by questionnaire. Using SPSS17.0 data analysis system to analyze the data, according to the questionnaire data analysis results and combined with cases, from the cognitive level, behavioral level. The evaluation level of the second middle school in Baicheng analysis of the current situation of cooperation. According to the status of the survey results analysis. It is found that there are differences between teachers and parents in educational values and mismatches in the division of educational responsibilities in the process of cooperation activities between home and school in the second middle school of Baycheng County. At the same time, there are some problems such as low cooperation frequency, serious unilateral instillation, single cooperation content and so on in the development of home-school cooperation activities. According to the existing problems analysis of the main causes of the problem is that the new concept of curriculum reform has not penetrated into parents, family education and school education differentiation. There is no corresponding policy system and organizational mechanism to protect and supervise. The researcher combines the above reasons to analyze and sum up the characteristics and advantages of the school itself, and proposes to infiltrate the new curriculum reform concept to parents. Combining school education with family education, and establishing relevant policies, regulations and supervision mechanism, this study aims to improve the effectiveness of home-school cooperation in the junior middle school of Baicheng County. Taking the second middle school in Baicheng County as a case study, other junior middle school schools can be used as reference and reference when carrying out home-school cooperation activities in comparison with its successful embodiment and lack.
