苗族英语教师身份认同危机与消解

【摘要】：现代社会的复杂性加快了少数民族外语教师的身份认同危机,从苗族英语教师的民族、语言、职业三个核心身份来分析其认同危机的显现,其中民族身份认同危机显现为:隐藏民族身份的自卑心理,责任和困惑交织的矛盾体;语言身份认同危机显现为:对本族语的低认同,对英语的不自信;职业身份认同危机显现为:外语教学倾向性的产生,个性的缺乏与对权威的屈服。并从宏观情境和微观情境层面提出消解路径,宏观层面包括"社会自我"的建构;微观情境层面为"个人自我"的重构。
[Abstract]:The complexity of modern society speeds up the identity crisis of minority foreign language teachers. This paper analyzes the emergence of the identity crisis from the three core identities of the Miao English teachers: nationality, language and occupation. Among them, the crisis of national identity appears as follows: the self-abased psychology of hiding national identity, the contradictory body of intertwined responsibility and confusion; The crisis of language identity appears as follows: low recognition of native language and lack of confidence in English; The crisis of professional identity appears as follows: the tendency of foreign language teaching, the lack of personality and the surrender to authority. The macro level includes the construction of "social self"; The micro level of situation is the reconstruction of personal self.
