泰国公立中小学中华文化及才艺课程现状分析与对策

【摘要】：2013年5月,在全球“汉语热”的浪潮下,笔者跟随海外汉语教师的大部队登陆了泰国这片汉语国际教育的热土。泰国对汉语教师志愿者的需求数量从2012年的1200人增加到2013年的1700人。需求的增加意味着机会的增加,但同时从事汉语教学的志愿者教师们将面临更大的挑战。如何在教好语言课程的同时,也能将中国的文化和一些传统才艺传递给泰国学生,是一道不好解答的题目。笔者在担任汉语教师志愿者的实践过程中,发现泰国的中文教学尤其中华文化及才艺课程的教学,正处于一个上升发展的阶段,一切欣欣向荣,却又显得杂乱无章。没有教学大纲的指引,也没有明确的教学目标,更没有统一的教材,所以总体上看来这门课程(很多学校甚至都没有单独的一门课)的教学显得比较随意。为了深入了解各地的教学情况,笔者利用基础教育委员会志愿者教师开会及培训的机会,调查走访了120多位汉语教师志愿者。由于“基教委”志愿者们都分配在公立学校,这就给我的调查定下了“公立中小学”这一明确的范围。通过问卷调查和访谈讨论的形式,笔者记录下了各校中华文化及才艺课程的开展情况,并通过数据的统计和对比分析,笔者试图提出一些对策性的建议。以期望能抛砖引玉,引起学者们对文化及才艺类课程的注意。大家一起来献计献策,共同为泰国的汉语教育事业做出贡献。本文分成四大部分。第一部分介绍调查与写作的缘由和研究的具体方法;第二部分,通过对比分析数据,试图厘清当前的泰国公立中小学文化及才艺课的状况和存在的问题;第三部分,结合实例提出相应的应对策略;第四部分是总结。
[Abstract]:In May 2013, under the tide of global "Chinese fever". The author followed the overseas Chinese teachers to land in Thailand, a hot land for international Chinese education. The demand for Chinese teacher volunteers in Thailand increased from 1, 200 in 2012 to 170 in 2013. 0 people. An increase in demand means an increase in opportunities. But volunteer teachers who are teaching Chinese at the same time will face greater challenges. How to teach a good language course, but also to transfer Chinese culture and some traditional talent to Thai students. The author found that the teaching of Chinese in Thailand, especially the teaching of Chinese culture and talent, is in a rising stage of development. Everything is flourishing, but it is disorganized. There are no guidelines of the syllabus, no clear teaching objectives, and no unified teaching materials. So on the whole, it seems that this course (many schools do not even have a separate course) teaching seems more casual. In order to learn more about the teaching situation everywhere. The author made use of the opportunity of volunteer teachers' meeting and training of the basic Education Commission to investigate and interview more than 120 Chinese teachers. As the volunteers of the basic Education Commission were all assigned to public schools. This gives me a clear scope of "public primary and secondary schools". Through the form of questionnaires and interviews, the author records the development of Chinese culture and talent courses in various schools. And through the statistics and comparative analysis of the data, the author tries to put forward some suggestions in order to hope that they can draw the attention of scholars to the courses of culture and talent. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the reasons of the investigation and writing and the specific methods of the research; The second part, through comparative analysis of the data, attempts to clarify the current Thai public primary and secondary schools culture and talent classes and the existing problems; The third part, combined with examples, put forward the corresponding strategies; Part 4th is a summary.
