九段教学法在初中化学中的应用

【摘要】:新课程要求教师改变原有的教育教学方式,关注学生的基本素养的培养和学习能力的提高。提倡以学生的自主、合作、交流和探究为主导的教学理念。关注学生在学习过程中的主体地位,弱化教师在教学中对知识的传输作用,突出学生的自学能力和终身学习能力的培养。做为新时期的教育工作者,我们应该如何因地制宜寻找一种新的教育模式,改变“填鸭式”和“保姆式”的教育现状,成为越来越多的教育工作者烦恼的问题。教学设计是对教学资源、教学环境、教学媒体、教学方法、教学对象等进行综合考虑、协调,整合服务教学的一种方法。本文在学分析传统教学设计中存在的各种不足之处,重新认识教学设计,了解现代教学设计的构成要素、设计原则、方法和模式。思考如何采用好教学理论和方法的来指导化学教学过程的设计。本文结合自己的教学实践,以加涅的九段式教学法为依据,重新审视定位初中化学课堂教学,探索其在化学教学设计中的应用。根据加涅的学习结果分类,对不同的知识类型进行九段教学设计,开展了陈述性知识、概念、程序知识、原理知识、问题解决和动作技能知识的教学案例设计和实施。为九段教学在化学知识的教学过程提供素材,也为化学教学提供新的方法。以师宗县大舍中学初三年级的的两个班级作为研究对象,并对两个班级开展对比研究,实验班采用加涅的九段式教学法进行教学,平行班采用传统的教学方式进行教学,并在学期末进行教学检测,通过数据分析比较实施九段教学的效果。并在学期中后期设计问卷调查,分析学生的学习方法、兴趣、态度、情感、动机等各方面的的变化。希望找到一种适合学生发展的新的教育方式。

Teaching design is a comprehensive consideration and coordination of teaching resources, teaching environment, teaching media, teaching methods, teaching objects, etc. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional teaching design, reconsiders the teaching design, understands the elements and principles of modern teaching design. Methods and models. How to use good teaching theories and methods to guide the design of chemistry teaching process. This paper, based on Gagne's nine-paragraph teaching method, reexamines the orientation of chemistry classroom teaching in junior high school. This paper explores its application in chemistry teaching design. According to the classification of Gagne's learning results, nine stages of teaching design for different knowledge types are carried out, including declarative knowledge, concept, program knowledge, principle knowledge, etc. Teaching case design and implementation of problem-solving and motor skills knowledge. Provide materials for nine-stage teaching in the teaching process of chemical knowledge, It also provides a new method for chemistry teaching. Taking the two classes in grade 3 of Dasong Middle School in Shizong County as the object of study, and making a comparative study of the two classes, the experimental class adopts the nine-paragraph teaching method of Garner. The parallel class adopts the traditional teaching method to carry on the teaching, and carries on the teaching inspection at the end of the term, through the data analysis and comparison carries on the nine-stage teaching effect, and designs the questionnaire survey in the middle and late stage of the term, analyzes the student's study method, interest, attitude, The change of emotion, motivation and so on. Hope to find a new way of education suitable for the development of students.
