玉树藏族贫困地区中小学健康教育对学生健康认知的影响

【摘要】:目的分析藏族地区中小学健康教育和健康认知现状,为探索开展健康教育的有效方式提供参考。方法选取玉树藏族自治州5个县54所学校的三~九年级共6 656名学生,对校长、学生、班主任、健康教育教师进行有关健康教育和健康认知的问卷调研。结果玉树地区中小学开设有健康教育课的仅占58.17%,其中专职健康教育教师占39.57%,学生健康知识均分为6.2分(满分12分)。健康教育与初中生健康认知水平相关无统计学意义。是否开设健康教育课、健康教育教师是否专职、每周健康教育课开展次数、是否对学生健康知识进行测试与小学生健康认知水平呈正相关(回归系数分别为0.213,0.253,0.306,0.373,P值均0.05)。结论藏族农村地区中小学健康教育实施情况堪忧,学生健康认知水平不容乐观。应普及健康教育,加强专职健康教育教师队伍建设,优化健康教育课程设置以提高学生健康认知水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the status quo of health education and health cognition in primary and secondary schools in Tibetan areas, and to provide reference for exploring effective ways to carry out health education. Methods A total of 6 656 students in grades 3 to 9 from 54 schools in 5 counties of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture were selected and the principal of the school was investigated. Students, class teachers, Results only 58.17 students in primary and secondary schools in Yushu had health education courses, of which 39.57 were full-time health education teachers, and 6.2 were students' health knowledge (P < 0.05). A full score of 12 points. There is no statistical significance between health education and the level of health cognition of junior high school students. Whether health education teachers are full-time and how often health education classes are conducted each week, There was a positive correlation between the health knowledge test and the health cognition level of primary school students (the regression coefficient was 0.2130.253U 0.3060.373P, respectively). Conclusion the implementation of health education in primary and secondary schools in Tibetan rural areas is worrying. The level of students' health cognition is not optimistic. We should popularize health education, strengthen the construction of full-time health education teachers, and optimize the curriculum of health education in order to improve students' health cognition.
