用研究性学习提高青少年法治教育实效

【摘要】：正法治教育要改变"坐而论道"的形式,积极引导学生在社会参与中去体验和感悟。2016年6月,教育部、司法部、全国普法办联合印发了《青少年法治教育大纲》。关于法治教育方式,大纲指出:"要更多采取实践式、体验式、参与式等教学方式,与法治事件、现实案例、常见法律问题紧密结合,注重内容的鲜活,注重学生的参与、互动、思辨,创新形式,切实提高法治教育的质量和实效。"
[Abstract]:Education under the rule of law should change the form of "talking about the Tao" and actively guide students to experience and realize in the process of social participation. In June 2016, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Justice, The National Office of the Popularization of Law has jointly issued the outline of Education on the Rule of Law for Young people. On the way of education on the rule of law, the outline states: "We should adopt more teaching methods such as practice, experience, participation, and other teaching methods, as well as events of the rule of law, and real cases." The common legal problems are closely combined, paying attention to the fresh content, paying attention to the students' participation, interaction, speculation and innovative forms, and improving the quality and actual effect of the education of rule of law. "
