锦屏县中学少数民族传统体育开展现状及对策研究

【摘要】:贵州省黔东南州苗族侗族自治州是多民族群居的自治地区,民族文化底蕴深厚,民族体育项目丰富多彩。在我国的民族体育项目中,少数民族体育独树一帜,是我国民族文化的重要组成部分。少数民族体育的发展不仅促进了各民族的团结友爱、增强民族体质,而且体现了社会的和谐发展。第九届少数民族运动会和多彩贵州的成功举办,极大促进了该省少数民族传统体育进一步的发展,让少数民族传统体育走进了校园,使少数民族传统体育的得到可持续发展。本文以调查了锦屏县中学开展少数民族传统体育项目的教学情况进行分析研究,以此为少数民族传统体育的发展提供借鉴作用。在本文中,将主要运用问卷调查法、数理统计法以及文献资料法等等,对全县15所中学少数民族传统体育项目的教学活动现状及影响因素进行调查研究,调查对象为250名中学学生和30名中学体育教师,研究结果表明:1、调查的15所中学中,有7所学校已经开设少数民族传统体育项目,这些体育项目主要是具有本地区文化特色的传统体育项目,因为此前并无先例,所以不管是实践课还是理论课,它们所占的学时相对少一些,学生没有很好的了解少数民族传统体育项目的规则和方法。2、开设少数民族传统体育课的7所中学,体育教学目标明确,教师态度端正,学习效果较好,其中有2所更为突出,新化中学和隆里中学,这2所中学所开展的体育项目是锦屏县特有的体育项目舞龙和舞狮,常在县内活动时进行演出,因此这对少数民族传统体育教育更好的开展而有利。但教学方法和内容还是一味的延续和继承,没有创新,这些问题影响了少数民族传统体育项目在课内的开展。3、锦屏县作为全国的贫困县,中学少数民族传统体育教学环境较差,缺乏少数民族传统体育专业教材,且教师师资力量比较薄弱,少数民族传统体育器材的不足,活动经费短缺等。4、学生整体来说对于少数民族传统体育还是比较喜爱的,它比竞技体育拥有更多的趣味性和选择性,而且运动的规则和要求比较简单,学生更容易接受。但在学校开展的时间短,人数少,频次低,对少数民族传统体育的有关知识掌握不足。5、学校对少数民族传统体育项目的开展和宣传重视程度不够,开展的课外活动和竞赛比较少,很多项目只有训练队和表演队得到开展,没有一些其它供学生参加的校内少数民族体育活动组织。总而言之,在本论文中,将按照锦屏县中学现阶段的情况,给出该校开展少数民族传统体育项目的建议。第一,开设相关少数民族传统体育课程;第二,教材的编写要准确,教学时数和内容要科学合理;第三,全面分析安全保障工作;第四,进一步提高体育师资队伍的素质和能力;第五,加强传统体育的宣传,经常性的开展传统体育活动;第六,设立专项资金,通过网络途径建设校少数民族传统体育平台,打造传统体育项目试点。
[Abstract]:The Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture of Qiandongnan Prefecture of Guizhou Province is an autonomous region inhabited by many ethnic groups, with profound cultural background and rich and colorful national sports. In the national sports events of our country, minority sports are unique. It is an important part of our national culture. The development of minority sports not only promotes the unity and friendship of all ethnic groups, but also strengthens the national physique. Moreover, it reflects the harmonious development of society. The 9th National Minority Games and the successful holding of colorful Guizhou have greatly promoted the further development of the traditional sports of minority nationalities in the province, and allowed the traditional sports of ethnic minorities to enter the campus. This paper investigates the teaching situation of minority traditional sports in middle school of Jinping County, and makes an analysis and research on it. In this paper, we will mainly use questionnaire, mathematical statistics, literature and other methods, and so on. The present situation and influencing factors of traditional sports activities of ethnic minorities in 15 middle schools in the county were investigated. The objects of investigation were 250 middle school students and 30 middle school PE teachers. The results showed that: 1, 15 middle schools surveyed. Seven schools have set up traditional sports for ethnic minorities. These sports are mainly traditional sports with local cultural characteristics, because there has been no precedent before, so whether they are practical or theoretical, They occupy a relatively small number of school hours, students do not have a good understanding of the rules and methods of traditional sports of ethnic minorities, and 7 middle schools offering traditional physical education courses for ethnic minorities have a clear goal in physical education teaching, and teachers have a correct attitude. Two of them were more prominent, Xinhua Middle School and Longli Middle School. The sports events in these two middle schools are dragon and lion dance, which are unique to Jinping County, and are often performed during activities in the county. Therefore, this is beneficial to the better development of traditional physical education for ethnic minorities. However, the teaching methods and contents are still blindly continued and inherited, without innovation. These problems affect the development of minority traditional sports in class. Jinping County, as a poverty-stricken county in the country, has a poor teaching environment for minority traditional physical education in middle schools, and lacks teaching materials for minority traditional sports majors. Moreover, the teachers' strength is relatively weak, the traditional sports equipment of ethnic minorities is insufficient, the funds for activities are short, etc., the students as a whole prefer traditional sports to ethnic minorities, and it has more fun and selectivity than competitive sports. Moreover, the rules and requirements of sports are relatively simple, and students are more receptive. But in school, the time is short, the number of people is small, and the frequency is low. We do not have enough knowledge of traditional minority sports. 5. Schools pay less attention to the development and publicity of traditional sports for ethnic minorities, and carry out fewer extracurricular activities and competitions. Many projects are carried out only by training teams and performance teams. In short, in this paper, according to the current situation of Jinping County Middle School, we will give some suggestions on the development of minority traditional sports in Jinping County. First, Setting up relevant traditional physical education courses for ethnic minorities; second, accurate compilation of teaching materials, scientific and reasonable teaching hours and contents; third, comprehensive analysis of safety and security work; 4th, further improvement of the quality and ability of physical education teachers; In 5th, the propaganda of traditional sports should be strengthened, and traditional sports activities should be carried out regularly. In 6th, special funds should be set up to build traditional sports platform for minority nationalities in schools through network channels, and to build pilot projects of traditional sports.
