未雨绸缪,促进学生幸福成长——小升初衔接工作初探

【摘要】：义务教育分为小学和初中两个阶段,两个阶段的教育既相互影响,又相互联系。小升初衔接是学生人生旅途中一个重要的里程碑,由于中学和小学在教学管理、教学内容等方面存在诸多差异,再加上学生正好进入青春期,无论生理上还是心理上都发生了明显的变化,所以帮助学生适应新的学习生活至关重要。教师、学校要未雨绸缪,衔接好不同学段的教育工作,实现小学、初中教育的无缝对接,促进学生健康成长。
[Abstract]:Compulsory education is divided into two stages: primary school and junior high school. The two stages of education affect each other and are related to each other. The convergence of primary and secondary education is an important milestone in the students' journey of life, because the middle school and primary school are in teaching management. There are many differences in teaching contents, and in addition, when students are entering adolescence, there are obvious changes both physically and psychologically, so it is very important to help students adapt to the new learning life. Teachers, schools should prepare ahead of time. Link up the education work of students, realize the seamless docking of primary and junior high school education, promote the healthy growth of students.
