郫县一中犀浦校区体育教学现状研究

【摘要】：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对郫县一中犀浦校区体育教学现状进行了调查分析。研究结果表明：(1)郫县一中犀浦校区体育教学领导重视程度不足及管理制度缺乏。学校体育工作缺少配备专职干部和管理人员,学校并没有制定每学期的学校体育工作计划,缺乏定期或不定期的体育工作检查。体育组缺乏教学研究活动、集体备课和观摩教学、评教评优活动。体育课堂常规制度、体育教师教学常规制度、体育场馆和器材管理使用制度、教师评价考核制度等体育教学管理制度不完善,影响了体育工作的正常开展。(2)郫县一中犀浦校区现有体育教学状况不容乐观。学生缺乏正确的学习动机,学习兴趣单一,身体素质较差等问题在很大程度上影响我校的体育教学工作,导致学习目标达成情况不理想。教师在教学中课外活动开课率执行不到位,教师在教学设计、教学组织、教学内容以及教法的选择上态度不够积极认真。体育课程资源的开发利用工作开展力度不足,教案的编写缺乏科学性和系统性,没有与实际情况结合。课程评价观念老旧,重结果轻过程。(3)郫县—中犀浦校区教师教学能力及综合素质有待提高。体育教师男女比例严重失衡,教师偏年轻化,缺乏教学经验,教师基本功有待提高,多媒体在课堂中使用太少,教师缺乏继续教育和课题科研机会,教师体育专项运动技能基本上都能满足教学要求,但是课堂教学控制、教学与科学的结合、撰写论文和科研等综合能力还需要提高。(4)郫县一中犀浦校区体育场地器材管理制度不完善。郫县一中犀浦校区室内场馆也比较紧缺,现有场地损坏严重。学校现有体育场地、器材管理人员太少,管理人员缺乏体育知识和如何科学管理场地和保养体育器材的相关常识。(5)影响郫县一中犀浦校区体育教学工作的因素有：学校对体育工作重视程度不够以及学校体育工作管理制度制定不到位；学生学习态度和学习动机不端正；学生身体素质较差；教师男女比例失衡；教师教学工作积极性不高；教师缺乏继续教育以及科研能力较差；体育教学模式保守；体育教育方法单一枯燥；家长支持力度不够；政府部门缺少扶持力度。在分析了郫县一中犀浦校区体育教学现状的基础上,结合对相关领导、教师、学生的调查结果,提出改进郫县一中犀浦校区体育教学工作的措施：(1)改善学校体育教学现状,加强体育教学改革。深入剖析体育教材,了解学生的兴趣爱好,选择适合学生的教学内容和教学模式；选择新颖有趣科学的教学方法；制定适合我校的体育教学评价体系。(2)加强教师队伍建设,制定适合教师发展的学校管理制度。制定体育教学常规要求；体育教学考核与奖励绩效挂钩；加强体育教师继续教育,实现科学体育教学；制定体育课题研究开发制度并制定相应的奖励体系；建立必要的教师竞争奖励机制；建立与优秀学校、优秀教师交流学习的平台。(3)规范体育场馆和体育设施的管理。制定管理人员的职责；规范体育器材管理制度；制定场馆管理制度,合理安排班级活动时间。(4)树立学生正确积极的体育价值观和体育兴趣培养。强化对学生的思想管理,严格执行课堂常规；培养学生的兴趣,激发学生的体育特长；合理发挥体育特长生的号召作用；体育成绩与评优挂钩。(5)争取班主任和家长对体育的支持度。(6)开拓学校体育发展的方向,加强对最新体育活动的了解。(7)加大体育俱乐部的发展,充分发挥体育俱乐部在体育教学活动中的作用。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the current situation of PE teaching in Pixian County by using the methods of documentary , questionnaire , expert interview , mathematical statistics and logical analysis . ( 4 ) The management system of sports field equipment is not perfect in Pixian County . In Pixian County , there is a shortage of indoor venues , and the existing site is damaged seriously . There are too few existing sports grounds and equipment management personnel in the school , lack of sports knowledge and the related common sense of how to manage the field and maintain the sports equipment .
Students ' learning attitude and learning motivation are not correct ;
Poor students ' physical quality ;
( b ) The imbalance in the proportion of teachers and men ;
Teachers ' enthusiasm for teaching is not high ;
Lack of continuing education and poor scientific research ability of teachers ;
Sports teaching mode is conservative ;
the physical education method is single and boring ;
Insufficient support for parents ;
Based on the analysis of the present situation of PE teaching in Pixian County , the author puts forward some measures to improve the PE teaching in Pixian County .
Choose a new and interesting science teaching method ;
Develop the system of PE teaching evaluation suitable for our school . ( 2 ) Strengthen the construction of teachers ' team , formulate the school management system which is suitable for teachers ' development .
P.E . teaching assessment is linked with the reward performance ;
To strengthen PE teachers ' continuing education and realize the teaching of scientific physical education ;
Develop the research and development system of sports subject and formulate corresponding reward system ;
Establish the necessary competitive reward mechanism for teachers ;
Establish a platform for the exchange of learning with outstanding schools and excellent teachers . ( 3 ) regulate the management of sports venues and sports facilities ; and formulate the responsibilities of management personnel ;
regulate the management system of sports equipment ;
Establish the venue management system , arrange the time of class activity reasonably . ( 4 ) Set up the students ' correct and positive values of sports values and the cultivation of sports interest . Strengthen the ideological management of the students , and strictly follow the classroom routine ;
To cultivate students ' interest and stimulate the students ' sports specialty ;
Make a rational use of the calling effect of sports special students ;
( 6 ) To explore the direction of sports development in schools and to strengthen the understanding of the latest sports activities . ( 7 ) To strengthen the development of sports clubs and to give full play to the role of sports clubs in sports teaching activities .
