中小学教师“多校联培”校本培训模式探究

【摘要】："多校联培"校本培训模式是一种以区域内多所学校为培训联盟,以学科研修共同体为基本培训单位的特殊校本培训模式。该模式坚持"立足实践、合作共赢"的培训理念;以中小学教师专业能力可持续发展为培训目标;实行联盟学校首席学科教师轮流坐庄主持制度;整个培训过程基于教育教学实践问题展开,重点采用"同课异构"方式。当然,"多校联培"校本培训模式的顺利进行,一方面需要规范"多校联培"校本培训管理制度;另一方面,需要科学组建"多校联培"学科研修共同体;此外,还需整合区域内资源,助力"多校联培"校本培训模式。
[Abstract]:Multi-school training model is a special school-based training model which takes many schools in the region as the training alliance and the discipline research community as the basic training unit.The model adheres to the training concept of "based on practice, cooperation and win-win"; regards the sustainable development of the professional ability of primary and secondary school teachers as the training goal;The whole training process is based on the teaching practice, with the emphasis on the isomerism of the same class.Of course, the successful implementation of the school-based training model of "multi-school federated training" requires, on the one hand, standardizing the management system of school-based training for "multi-school federated training"; on the other hand, it is necessary to set up a scientific "multi-school joint training" discipline research community; in addition,Also need to integrate regional resources, to help the "multi-school training"-based training model.
