民国时期中学会考制度研究

【摘要】:中学毕业会考制度是民国时期中学教育的重要组成部分。1932年南京国民政府颁布《中小学毕业会考暂行规程》,正式开启民国教育会考制度。之后,1933年颁布《中学学生毕业会考规程》,1935年再颁《修正中学学生毕业会考规程》。这是关于民国教育会考制度的三个重要文本。抗战期间,沦陷地区不得已无法实施这一考试。抗战结束后,由于交通、物价等多种原因,中学会考制度最终停止。民国中学毕业会考是一把锋利的“双刃剑”,利弊效应均十分明显,不同的人站在不同的立场,往往见仁见智。其支持者认为会考可以净化学风,巩固教学,增进效率;反对者则认为会考绑架教学,毒害青少年身心。作为一种重要的教育考试制度,民国中学毕业会考在中国近代教育史上具有重要影响。对这一重要考试制度进行系统研究,具有重要的理论意义与现实观照意义。本文包括五大部分:第一部分,主要介绍选题的理由,研究意义、目前研究的现状,以及运用到的相关研究方法。第二部分,主要论述民国会考制度出台的原因,包括先前的学制改革遗留下一系列消极影响,中学教育混乱的局面,国联教育调查团的建议,以及重视考试的教育传统。第三部分,主要介绍会考的基本架构,包括考试开始前的准备工作,如筹备考试委员会,考试经费的投入,考试的地点选择,考试的程序安排等;考试结束后,成绩的核算,以及对学生的奖惩原则,最后,从考试对象,考试科目,成绩的核算三个方面反映出会考的变革。第四部分,通过发掘会考实施后在社会上引起的反应,选取了一些群体对待会考的态度,从而全面、理性评价会考制度。第五部分,结合民国中学会考制度的历史经验与教训,讨论当代高中会考、学业水平考试改革,以期古为今用,发挥教育史研究。
[Abstract]:In 1932, the Nanjing National Government promulgated the interim rules of the Primary and Middle School Certificate of Education examination, which officially opened the system of the Republic of China Certificate of Education examination.Then, in 1933, the rules of the High School Student Certificate of Education examination were promulgated, and in 1935, the revised rules of the Secondary School Student Certificate of Education examination were promulgated.This is about the Republic of China Education examination system of three important texts.During the War of Resistance, the enemy-occupied areas had no choice but to carry out the examination.After the War of Resistance against Japan, due to traffic, prices and other reasons, the Certificate of Education examination system finally ceased.Republic of China High School graduation examination is a sharp "double-edged sword", the pros and cons are very obvious, different people stand in different positions, often different opinions.Its supporters believe that the HKCEE can purify the style of study, consolidate teaching, improve efficiency; opponents believe that the HKCEE abducts teaching, poisoning the body and mind of young people.As an important educational examination system, the graduation examination of the Republic of China has an important influence on the modern education history of China.The systematic study of this important examination system has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper consists of five parts: the first part mainly introduces the reason of the topic, the significance of the research, the current situation of the research, and the application of the relevant research methods.The second part mainly discusses the reasons for the introduction of the ROC examination system, including a series of negative effects left over by the previous reform of the academic system, the chaotic situation of the secondary education, the recommendations of the League of Nations Educational Mission, and the educational tradition of attaching importance to the examination.The third part mainly introduces the basic structure of the HKCEE, including the preparatory work before the beginning of the examination, such as the preparatory examination committee, the input of the examination funds, the location of the examination, the procedure of the examination, and so on.Finally, it reflects the reform of HKCEE from three aspects: examination object, examination subject and result accounting.The fourth part, by exploring the social reaction after the implementation of the HKCEE, selected some groups' attitude towards the HKCEE, so as to comprehensively and rationally evaluate the HKCEE system.The fifth part, combined with the historical experience and lessons of the Republic of China Certificate of Education examination system, discusses the contemporary high school examination, academic level examination reform, in order to use the past for the present and give play to the study of the history of education.
