初任中学政治教师职业生涯规划研究

【摘要】:中学政治课程的性质决定了政治教师是中学教师群体中的一个特殊人群。他们是学生德育教育的实施者和监督者。政治教师不仅要让学生掌握科学的文化知识,更重要的是帮助学生养成良好的道德品质。一名合格的中学政治教师绝不是一天就能练成的,教师的成长是一个循序渐进的过程。每一个初任中学政治教师在走上工作岗位的时候,满怀对新工作的期待,希望能做出一番业绩。但是同时他们也或多或少都会有一些迷茫或无措,往往容易忽视对自身职业生涯的认真考虑和规划。这就导致很多政治课新教师职业生涯规划意识薄弱,影响了新教师的成长和发展。本研究首先通过文献分析法对本研究的意义和现状以及相关理论进行了阐述,并对相关概念做了界定;其次,设计了初任中学政治教师职业生涯规划研究的访谈提纲,对河南省驻马店市和漯河市共计五所中学的十二名政治课新教师进行了访谈。通过对访谈结果的归纳整理,了解到目前初任中学政治教师职业生涯规划方面存在的主要问题,如思想上缺乏职业生涯规划意识、行动上缺乏主动自觉的发展设计、方法和策略上缺乏有效选择和建构的能力等;再次,结合文献资料和访谈结果,从社会、学校、教师个人三个方面来分析这些问题产生的原因;最后,针对这三方面的原因提出了改进初任中学政治教师职业生涯规划的策略。笔者认为,社会要正确对待中学政治教师并提升政治教师的地位,高校应该对思想政治教育专业的师范生进行职业生涯规划教育;中学要把初任政治教师职业生涯规划纳入议程,建立科学的绩效评价体制,建立完善的教师培训机制;初任中学政治教师要根据自己的具体情况来对职业生涯进行合理地规划,如制定现阶段的职业发展计划、尽快熟悉教学环境、选择优秀的导师、积极参加集体备课、做好课后反思与总结、抓住关键人物和事件、稳妥度过职业疲劳期等。
[Abstract]:The nature of politics curriculum in middle school determines that political teachers are a special group of middle school teachers.They are the implementers and supervisors of moral education for students.Political teachers should not only let students master scientific cultural knowledge, but also help students develop good moral quality.A qualified high school political teacher can never be trained in one day. Teacher growth is a gradual process.Every new high school politics teacher is looking forward to his new job.But at the same time, they are more or less confused or confused, they tend to ignore the serious consideration and planning of their own career.This leads to the weak awareness of career planning of many new political teachers, which affects the growth and development of new teachers.At first, this study expatiates the significance and current situation of this study and related theories through literature analysis, and defines the related concepts. Secondly, it designs an interview outline of the career planning research of political teachers in junior middle schools.Twelve new political teachers from five middle schools in Zhumadian and Luohe were interviewed.Through summing up the interview results, we can find out the main problems existing in the career planning of the new political teachers in middle schools, such as the lack of ideological awareness of career planning, the lack of active and conscious development design in action.Methods and strategies on the lack of effective choice and construction of the ability; thirdly, combined with the literature and interview results, from the social, school, personal teachers to analyze the causes of these problems; finally,In view of these three reasons, this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the career planning of political teachers in junior middle schools.The author thinks that the society should treat the political teachers of middle school correctly and promote the status of the political teachers, and colleges and universities should carry on the career planning education to the normal college students majoring in ideological and political education.The middle school should put the career planning of the initial political teachers on the agenda, establish a scientific performance evaluation system, establish a perfect teacher training mechanism, and the political teachers of the new middle school should plan their career reasonably according to their own specific conditions.Such as making the present career development plan, getting familiar with the teaching environment as soon as possible, choosing the excellent tutor, actively participating in the collective preparation for lessons, doing well the reflection and summary after class, grasping the key figures and events, and safely passing through the period of occupational fatigue and so on.
