高中化学教学中促进学生内隐学习的实践研究

【摘要】:促进学生学习方式的改变是新课程改革的核心。学生往往具有很大的学习潜能,关键在于教师如何去挖掘、利用这些潜能。高中化学知识中缄默知识的比例较大,对于很大一部分学生来说,学习起来有一定的难度。内隐学习揭示了人类对复杂知识学习的潜在规律,许多宝贵的经验,都是在不知不觉的无意识中习得的,我们通常获得的信息比意识到的要多得多。目前普遍认为,内隐学习对缄默知识,例如过程性知识和策略性知识的理解和运用优于外显学习,对情感态度价值观这样的人文目标的达成有不可替代的作用。人类的学习是内隐知识和外显知识相互衔接转化的结果。其实在以往的生活和学习中内隐学习一直都在,只是顺应时代的要求,它应该在教学中被强调,被更好的发觉和利用。本文从促进内隐学习和高中化学教学的结合点出发,研学了相关教育理论。设计了《化学课程学习情况调查问卷》和《高中化学知识调查问卷》,对我校学生进行了问卷调查。《化学课程学习情况调查问卷》的结果是:高中化学中缄默知识存在的比例较大,内隐学习对高中化学学习效果的影响是明显的,这与心理学对自然科学内隐学习的研究结果是相符的。《高中化学知识调查问卷》则将高中化学知识分为若干板块,从中诊断学生学习的难点,找到着力促进内隐学习的结合点。由调研结果出发,在教学中积极进行科学实验,以团队活动、史学渗透、多元评价等方式促进内隐学习,基于研究经验,提出了促进内隐学习的课堂策略、材料策略、课下策略和外显转化策略,并取得了一定的教学效果:1.促进内隐学习有利于实验过程性技能的培养;2.促进内隐学习有利于情感态度价值观的培养;3.促进内隐学习有助于提高学习成绩;4.促进内隐学习有助于形成良好的教学生态。
[Abstract]:To promote the change of students' learning style is the core of the new curriculum reform.Students often have great learning potential, the key lies in how teachers to tap and utilize these potentials.There is a large proportion of tacit knowledge in chemistry knowledge in senior high school, so it is difficult for a large part of students to learn.Implicit learning reveals the potential laws of human learning of complex knowledge. Many valuable experiences are acquired unconsciously and unconsciously. We usually get much more information than we realize.At present, it is generally believed that implicit learning is better than explicit learning in understanding and applying tacit knowledge, such as process knowledge and strategic knowledge, and plays an irreplaceable role in the achievement of humanistic goals such as emotional attitude and values.Human learning is the result of the convergence and transformation of implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge.In fact, in the past life and learning implicit learning has always been in, just to meet the requirements of the times, it should be emphasized in the teaching, better detection and use.Starting from the combination of implicit learning and chemistry teaching in senior high school, this paper studies relevant educational theories.The questionnaire on Chemistry Curriculum Learning and the questionnaire on Chemistry knowledge in Senior Middle School were designed. The results of the questionnaire were as follows: tacit knowledge in chemistry in senior high school.The proportion that exists is large,The effect of implicit learning on chemistry learning in senior high school is obvious, which is consistent with the research results of psychology on implicit learning in natural science.From the diagnosis of students' learning difficulties, find out how to promote the combination of implicit learning.Based on the research results, the author actively carries out scientific experiments in teaching and promotes implicit learning by means of team activities, historical infiltration and multiple evaluation. Based on the research experience, this paper puts forward classroom strategies and material strategies to promote implicit learning.After class strategy and explicit transformation strategy, and achieved certain teaching effect: 1.Promoting implicit learning is beneficial to the cultivation of experimental process skills.Promoting implicit learning is beneficial to the cultivation of emotional attitude and values.Promoting implicit learning helps to improve academic performance.Promoting implicit learning helps to form a good teaching ecology.
