四川省棠湖中学“模块化选项式”体育教学模式的实践探索

【摘要】：高中体育选项课教学是新课程改革提出的新教学理念,是全面素质教育的重要体现。在当前全面深化学校体育改革大背景下,如何掌握学校体育的发展现状,深入剖析存在问题,探求有效路径,更好地体现高中体育选项课的优势,满足学校体育的发展需要,是我们研究的重要方向。本研究以“模块化选项式”体育教学模式为研究切入点,从基本理念、课程设置、课程目标、教学组织、教学评价等维度首先对四川省省级示范重点中学开展的体育选项课教学的实施情况进行了调查了解,分析了新课改的实施情况,并在此基础上,以棠湖中学为具体案例,总结了其自身改革特色、问题及体育选项课教学实施的经验。本文综合运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法以及对比分析法对棠湖中学体育与健康课程实施“模块化选项式”教学进行了实践研究,我们发现了：尊重学生运动需求的同时,学生的锻炼兴趣得到了极大激发,学生的体质健康水平得到增强,学生专项水平逐年提高,学生高考的竞争力提升也有帮助,有利于教师的专业化发展和充分发挥教师其他专业特长,促进学校体育成绩的提高……这些都是过去长期采用的学科课程所无法比拟的,它实现了课程所追求的基础性、时代性、多样性和选择性等目标。为新课程改革提供了阶段性的信息反馈,对深化学校体育课程改革,完善和发展高中选项教学体系具有重要的现实意义。从而为普通高中体育与健康课程如何科学地实施选项教学,创设出一套行之有效的办法。这种教学模式是有效可行的,对其它学校也具有一定可借鉴性。
[Abstract]:The teaching of elective physical education in senior high school is a new teaching idea put forward by the new curriculum reform and an important embodiment of all-round quality education. Under the background of deepening the reform of school physical education in an all-round way, how to grasp the present situation of the development of school physical education, deeply analyze the existing problems, search for effective ways, better reflect the advantages of elective courses of physical education in senior high school, and meet the needs of the development of school sports. It is an important direction of our research. This research takes the "modular option" physical education teaching mode as the research breakthrough point, from the basic idea, the curriculum design, the curriculum goal, the teaching organization, In the aspects of teaching evaluation and so on, the author investigates and understands the implementation of selective physical education course in Sichuan Provincial demonstration key Middle School, analyzes the implementation of the new curriculum reform, and takes Tanghu Middle School as a specific case on the basis of the analysis of the implementation of the new curriculum reform. This paper summarizes its own reform characteristics, problems and experience in the teaching of PE optional courses. Based on the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and comparative analysis, this paper makes a practical study on the implementation of "modular option" teaching in the course of physical education and health in Tanghu Middle School. We have found that while respecting students' sports needs, students' interest in exercise has been greatly stimulated, students' physical health level has been enhanced, students' special level has been raised year by year, and the competitiveness of students' college entrance examination has also been improved. It is beneficial to the professional development of teachers and to give full play to teachers' other specialties, and to promote the improvement of school physical education achievements. These are unparalleled by the long-term curriculum, which achieves the goals of foundation, epochal, diversity and selectivity. It is of great practical significance to deepen the reform of school physical education curriculum and to perfect and develop the system of elective teaching in senior high school. Thus, a set of effective methods are created for the ordinary senior high school physical education and health course how to carry out the selective teaching scientifically. This teaching model is effective and feasible and can be used for reference by other schools.
