高中《政治生活》教学中学生法律意识培养研究

【摘要】:增强法律意识,运用法律思维是作为一个合格的现代公民所应具备的基本素质,这一要求在党的十八届四中全会提出“坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合”全面推进依法治国的基本原则之后,其重要性被提升到了新的历史性高度。而高中阶段又正处培养学生权利与义务、社会责任等法律意识的关键时期,故加强此阶段的学生法律意识的培养,无论是对于学生个体还是对于国家与社会的未来发展而言均具有不可替代的意义与价值。而《政治生活》作为高中思想政治课中的必修模块,其本身的课程性质、内容与特点也决定了其在培养学生法律意识的教育过程中的重要地位,因此法律意识的培养亦应成为《政治生活》教学中的一项重要的教学目标,且亦应为我国的法治发展贡献一份绵薄之力。高中阶段的学生法律意识培养与高中《政治生活》教学活动是密不可分的,无论从教学内容、方法还是目标的角度来看,法律常识均是作为《政治生活》教材的重要支撑而存在的,并且学生法律意识的培养也是《政治生活》教学的重要目的之一。在通过对当前《政治生活》教学活动的认真调查分析后,发现在现阶段《政治生活》教学中学生法律意识的培养仍然存在较大的问题,主要表现在不注重学生公民意识培养的现象、缺乏可供学生参与的法律实践活动、不善于运用法律常识或法律思维分析和解决问题以及存在法律知识体系零乱和碎片化等方面。而究其原因主要是教师在进行《政治生活》教学时缺乏有意识的强化学生的公民意识、培养方法单一化、法律意识实际应用的匮乏以及未帮助学生强化其认知体系所致。因此,如果要达到《政治生活》教学中使学生的法律意识能够得到良好培养的目的,首要举措便是提升高中思想政治教师自身的法律素养。具体而言则可通过我国师范院校全面落实思想政治学科师范教育内容、中学加强对思想政治教师的在职培训、思想政治教师自己主动提升自身素质以及教材分析能力等路径进行完善。而在具体的教学活动中,思想政治教师也应当注重加强对于学生公民意识的培养,并在具体教学过程中采用符合法律意识培养的多种方法进行教学,结合学生实际做到教学的“三贴近”,并遵循法律教育的客观规律注重运用相关法律知识体系构建有效课堂。
[Abstract]:Enhancing legal consciousness and applying legal thinking are the basic qualities that a qualified modern citizen should possess. After the fourth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward the basic principle of "adhering to the combination of governing the country according to law and governing the country by virtue", the importance of this requirement was raised to a new historical height. In the senior middle school, the students' rights and obligations, social responsibility and other key periods of legal awareness, so strengthen the cultivation of students' legal awareness in this stage. Both for individual students and for the future development of the country and society have irreplaceable significance and value. Political life, as a compulsory module in high school ideological and political course, its nature, content and characteristics also determine its important position in the education process of cultivating students' legal consciousness. Therefore, the cultivation of legal consciousness should also become an important teaching goal in the teaching of political life, and should also contribute to the development of the rule of law in our country. The cultivation of students' legal consciousness in senior high school is closely related to the teaching activities of "political life" in senior high school, no matter from the angle of teaching content, method or goal. The common sense of law exists as the important support of the textbook of political Life, and the cultivation of students' legal consciousness is one of the important purposes of the Teaching of political Life. Through the careful investigation and analysis of the current teaching activities of "political Life", it is found that there are still big problems in the cultivation of students' legal consciousness in the present stage of "political Life" teaching. It is mainly reflected in the phenomenon of not paying attention to the cultivation of students' civic consciousness, the lack of practical legal activities for students to participate in, the poor use of legal common sense or legal thinking to analyze and solve problems, and the existence of scattered and fragmented legal knowledge systems. The main reasons are the lack of conscious strengthening of students' civic consciousness, the lack of practical application of legal consciousness and the lack of help to strengthen the students' cognitive system. Therefore, if we want to achieve the goal that students' legal consciousness can be cultivated well in the teaching of "political life", the most important measure is to improve the legal literacy of the high school ideological and political teachers themselves. In particular, we can fully implement the contents of normal education in ideological and political subjects in normal colleges and universities in our country, and strengthen in-service training for ideological and political teachers in middle schools. Ideological and political teachers take the initiative to improve their own quality and teaching material analysis ability to improve the path. In the specific teaching activities, the ideological and political teachers should also pay attention to strengthening the cultivation of students' civic consciousness, and in the specific teaching process, we should adopt various methods in accordance with the cultivation of legal consciousness to carry out the teaching. In combination with the students' actual practice, the "three closeness" in teaching and the objective law of legal education should be followed and the relevant legal knowledge system should be used to construct an effective classroom.
