中考英语写作测试对初中英语写作教学的反拨作用研究

【摘要】：许多研究表明,测试会对教学产生反拨作用。目前,社会上大量采用测试的手段来选拔人才,使得测试的反拨作用越来越受人关注。英语测试与英语教学是英语教学过程中两个密不可分的组成要素。英语写作测试是英语测试中考察学生语言综合运用能力的重要手段。写作教学在初中英语教学过程中既是教学重点,也是教学难点。本研究基于国内外语言测试的反拨作用研究成果,依据Alderson和Wall及Bailey提出的反拨作用假设框架模式,并结合赣州地区初中英语写作教学的现状,提出相应的研究问题,以文献分析法,问卷调查,访谈及课堂观察为研究手段,对来自赣州地区148名中学生,156名初中英语教师及4名命题专家进行了初中英语写作测试反拨作用研究,通过描述性统计、定量分析、Excel软件对问卷调查进行分析,通过录音和摄像的方法记录访谈和课堂观摩,并用文字进行相关总结。重点从教师“教”和学生“学”两个维度来探索初中英语写作测试对初中英语教学的反拨作用。研究结果表明,初中英语写作测试对初中英语教学确实产生了复杂的反拨作用,并表现在多个方面,存在多种影响因素。主要表现在初中英语写作教和学的目的、内容、材料、方法、态度及教学时间分配等方面。但从整体上看,积极的反拨作用明显大于消极的反拨作用。基于调查结果,建议从以下几个方面来提高中考英语写作对初中英语写作教学的积极反拨作用:首先,教师要即时更新他们的教学思路方法。其次,学校积极开展以校为本的教师专业发展;再者,多多关注英语学困生;最后,建设一套全面而权威的英语教学评价机制。
[Abstract]:Many studies have shown that tests have a backwash effect on teaching. At present, testing is widely used to select talents, which makes the backwash of testing more and more concerned. English testing and English teaching are two inseparable elements in the process of English teaching. English writing test is an important means to investigate students' comprehensive ability in English test. Writing teaching is not only the focal point but also the difficulty in junior middle school English teaching. This study is based on the research results of the backwash effect of language testing at home and abroad, according to the hypothetical model of backwash function proposed by Alderson, Wall and Bailey, and combined with the present situation of Ganzhou junior high school English writing teaching, puts forward the corresponding research questions. By means of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interviews and classroom observation, a study was conducted on the backwash effect of English writing test in junior high school among 148 junior middle school English teachers and 4 propositional experts from Ganzhou area. Through descriptive statistics, quantitative analysis of Excel software to analyze the questionnaire, through recording and video recording methods of interviews and classroom observation, and use of the text to summarize the relevant. This paper focuses on exploring the backwash effect of junior high school English writing test on junior middle school English teaching from the perspectives of teachers' teaching and students' learning. The results show that the junior high school English writing test does have a complex backwash effect on junior high school English teaching, and there are many factors affecting it. It mainly shows in the purpose, content, material, method, attitude and teaching time allocation of English writing teaching and learning in junior high school. But on the whole, the positive counter-dialling effect is obviously greater than the negative one. Based on the results of the investigation, it is suggested to improve the positive backwash effect of English writing on junior high school English writing teaching from the following aspects: first, teachers should update their teaching methods immediately. Secondly, the school actively develops the school-based professional development of teachers; thirdly, pays more attention to the students with English learning difficulties; finally, builds a comprehensive and authoritative evaluation mechanism of English teaching.
