中小学语文教师“职业高原期”研究

【摘要】:中小学语文教师专业发展指的是:学段上处于小学到高中的语文教师,在内在因素和外部环境共同作用下,个体专业不断发展的过程。在专业发展过程中,语文教师不可避免会受到“职业高原期”的影响,其专业发展在一定阶段停滞不前。语文课程不断改革的今天,中小学语文教师克服职业高原现象,实现专业发展更加重要。在借鉴了关于教师专业发展方面的研究后,本研究决定采取多重个案研究法,以一名小学语文教师,一名初中语文教师和一名高中语文教师为多重个案研究研究对象。在研究过程中,根据访谈提纲,分别对研究对象及其学校领导、班级学生进行了半结构化访谈,对其中一个研究对象进行了历时两个月的课堂观察,搜集了一些关于研究对象的实物资料。本研究对中小学语文教师职业高原期的表现、影响因素进行分析,提出了关于缓解教师职业高原现象的研究建议。全文基本结构如下:第一部分是本论文的引言,主要介绍了研究背景、研究价值与研究目的、相关概念界定、研究框架及主要使用的研究方法。第二部分从语文教师的职业品格、语文教师的学业知识、语文教师的教学技能、语文教师的科研能力四个方面探讨语文教师的专业素养,建立了本研究关于语文教师职业高原期的理论依据。第三部分分述了三位处于或曾经有过职业高原期语文教师的职业高原状况,主要分析了这三名语文教师在职业高原期的表现及促使其产生职业高原现象的因素。第四部分对影响中小学语文教师职业高原期的职业因素、个人环境因素、学校环境因素和社会环境因素四个方面因素进行了分析。第五部分针对语文教师出现职业高原现象的成因,从社会拥护、专家引导、学校支持和自主发展四个方面提出了缓解中小学语文教师职业高原现象的建议。第六部分是本研究的结语部分,提出了本研究的研究结论、研究贡献、研究限制和研究建议。
[Abstract]:The professional development of Chinese teachers in primary and secondary schools refers to the process of the continuous development of the individual specialty under the action of the factors and the external environment. In the course of professional development, Chinese teachers will inevitably be influenced by the "career plateau" in the course of professional development, and their professional development is stagnated at a certain stage. With the continuous reform of Chinese language curriculum, Chinese teachers in primary and middle schools overcoming the phenomenon of professional plateau and realizing professional development are more important. After learning about the professional development of teachers, this study decides to take multiple case studies, which is a primary language teacher, a junior high school Chinese teacher and a high school Chinese teacher. In the course of the study, in the course of the study, according to the outline of the interview, a semi structured interview was conducted on the subjects and their school leaders, and the class students were interviewed. One of the subjects was observed for two months, and some materials on the research were collected. The performance of the plateau period and the influencing factors are analyzed, and the research suggestions on alleviating the teachers' plateau phenomenon are put forward. The basic structure of the full text is as follows: the first part is the introduction of this paper, which mainly introduces the research background, the research value and research purpose, the definition of related concepts, the research framework and the main methods used in the study. The second part is the research method. From four aspects: the professional character of the Chinese teachers, the academic knowledge of the Chinese teachers, the teaching skills of the Chinese teachers, and the scientific research ability of the Chinese teachers, the professional accomplishment of the Chinese teachers is discussed. The theoretical basis of this study on the career plateau period of the Chinese teachers is established. The third part describes the three positions in or once the career plateau period of Chinese teaching. The professional plateau status of the teachers, mainly analyzed the performance of the three language teachers in the career plateau and the factors that promoted the plateau phenomenon. The fourth part analyzed the occupational factors, the individual environmental factors, the school environmental factors and the social environment factors which influenced the vocational plateau period of primary and middle school language teachers. The fifth part, in view of the causes of the phenomenon of language teachers' Career Plateau, puts forward some suggestions on alleviating the occupational plateau phenomenon of primary and middle school language teachers from four aspects of social support, expert guidance, school support and independent development. The sixth part is the conclusion of this study, and puts forward the research conclusions, contributions and limitations of this study. Research suggestions.
