【摘要】：随着教师专业发展需求激增,小课题管理的压力日益增加,为对区域内学校教师分散的小课题进行集中化管理,文章从构建三级网络、完善数字平台、检验成果效用三方面提出策略,以有效的管理不断提高学校教师小课题研究的效率和水平。
