中小学“减负”的社会学追问

【摘要】：在基础教育领域中实施"减负"一直是我国教育界普遍关注又始终没有解决的问题。科学减负需要我们用批判的眼光重新审视中小学减负的问题:负担过重的合理性需要仔细斟酌、负担过重的普遍性需要深入考察、负担过重的基本依据需要重新厘清等。统一减负背后隐藏着更深刻的教育问题,即教育教学过程中的公平问题。为了推进素质教育,促进学生健康全面发展,各级教育部门采取了一系列的减负措施。但局限于教育领域内的减负措施所起的作用是有限的,未来的减负措施应推广到社会领域。
[Abstract]:Carrying out the "burden reduction" in the field of basic education has always been a common concern in the educational circles of our country and has never been solved. The scientific burden of burden needs us to reexamine the problem of the reduction of the primary and middle schools with a critical view: the rationality of the overburden should be carefully considered, the overburden of universal universal needs to be examined deeply and the basic basis of overburden is too heavy. In order to promote the quality education and promote the healthy and comprehensive development of the students, the educational departments at all levels have taken a series of measures to reduce the burden of burden on the education and teaching. But the function of the reduction measures confined to the field of education is limited and the future is limited. The measures to reduce the burden of burden should be extended to the social field.
